I’m a counselor who believes that healing begins with connection—with yourself, your pain, and the meaning you give to your life. My approach is rooted in existential therapy, which means I help people explore the deeper “why” behind their struggles, choices, and patterns. Together, we look at questions of purpose, freedom, and authenticity—not as abstract ideas, but as living experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and others.
At Rogue Counseling, I work with people who feel stuck between who they are and who they want to be. Maybe you’re tired of running from discomfort, or maybe you’re just ready to live with more intention. I don’t see therapy as fixing what’s broken—I see it as helping you reconnect with your own agency and meaning, even in the face of uncertainty.
My style is direct but compassionate. I draw from philosophy, psychology, and the realities of being human in a messy, complex world. I believe humor, curiosity, and courage belong in the therapy room just as much as pain and vulnerability.
If you’re ready to explore your own story and live more freely within it, I’ll walk that path with you—one honest conversation at a

I tend to use a Cognitive Behavioral approach with an emphasis on Mindfulness. However, I believe in utilizing an approach that is best for my client this may also include Dialectical Behavioral or Solution Focused therapies.

Hello and Welcome! I'm Christy.
Take a moment to acknowledge you've taken the first step towards bettering your mental health because, let's be honest - starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time.
I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to a wide array of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and/or self-care, just to name a few. I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life.
Counseling can foster personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you so deeply deserve. If that's what you're looking for, I'm here when you're ready to share.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker based in Miami, Florida. I earned my graduate degree from Florida International University in 2010 and have been licensed since 2016.
My career began at Banyan Health Systems (formerly Miami Behavioral), where I worked as an adult mental health case manager back in 2004. After gaining my Masters degree, I continued to work for Banyan as a Child outpatient therapist and intake specialist. As a mother of three, I am deeply committed to family and believe that "family over everything" is the foundation of my personal and professional life. In my spare time, I enjoy dancing, spending time with my husband and three children, going to the beach and embracing the vibrant energy of my Miami roots.
Hi! I’m Dakota.
Do you feel as though your life is a struggle and you don’t understand why or how to help yourself? Has your child changed into someone you don’t recognize? Are you scared about your future or for your child’s future?
I excel at working with people who have become stuck, lost, or hurt. I focus on empowering you or your child with skills and increasing insight so that my clients can move on and heal.
I enjoy working with adults and adolescents with any problem but specialize working through trauma and/or abandonment issues. I am uniquely suited to offer therapy to individuals with high IQ’s who may have difficulties connecting with the emotional side of therapy. I love working with the geek population and offer therapeutic Dungeons & Dragons™ services. I am also a trained rehabilitation therapist, so if you’re struggling with what you do with your life/career or have a highschooler wondering what trade or college path is a good fit, I can do career counseling.
Thank you for doing the brave thing seeking therapy. I look forward to helping you grow!
Hi my name is Amy, and I first want to acknowledge how difficult and scary it feels to begin the process of therapy, either for the first time or starting with a new therapist. I take very seriously the enormous strength that takes and I work very hard to ensure that you feel safe and heard as we begin the therapeutic relationship. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 15 years of experience providing counseling in both inpatient and outpatient centers. I received my Master’s degree in counseling in 2008, from Webster University. I had the privilege of working in an inpatient eating disorder facility for five years and have continued that work in outpatient settings.
I have a passion for connecting with teenagers, college students and career women to build a safe place with an adult where they can voice their feelings and experiences without fear of judgement. I also especially enjoy working with young adult women as they navigate their way through the process of beginning adulthood. I have experience with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and general women’s issue. I am especially passionate about working with CPTSD and PTSD. I have received training and supervision in working with trauma as it is a highly specialized field. Trauma survivors need validation, belief, compassion and acceptance first and foremost before a trusting relationship can be established. I have working with women exiting a toxic relationship, having endured narcissistic abuse and/or infidelity (betrayal trauma) which is many times misunderstood by well-intentioned people. My approach is warm, compassionate and highly empathetic as I work to establish a safe environment for healing to take place.
I am passionate about helping Millennials and Gen Z overcome hopelessness, exhaustion and self-doubt. My clients feel like they’re forcing a smile but deep down they feel depressed and defeated. It’s confusing and scary. I’ll help you shed a light on your sadness so you don’t have to feel like a fraud or a crazy person. I get it, we can figure this out together. My clients describe me as warm, caring and authentic. Even though what we talk about is important, I believe it’s our genuine connection that will allow you to create true and lasting change.
Welcome! Thank you for checking out this space. My name is Tammy. If you have struggled with traditional talk therapies and feel like they haven't always met your needs then you are at the right spot. I use several different evidence based modalities to help reset your nervous systems, update the way your mind had been processing information to clear out trauma or lingering emotions that have been stuck on.
I believe we all have had those times where we ask ourselves; why can't I just get myself to start or stop doing (______) fill in the blank. It is because where we are conscious of things is not where things are being caused.
Ready to develop skills and understand yourself in a way that helps you move into the desired behavior you have been wanting, release emotions and energy that no longer are serving a purpose for you greater good. Then let's meet to discuss your personal needs further and go from there!

Hi, my name is Rita and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in Florida. My career began in the social work field working with adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and supporting them through employment, social skills, strengthening ADL's, and increasing their emotional regulation skills. As a dedicated practitioner, I am committed to meeting clients where they are. If you are prepared to begin, I am available to assist you. Don't forget to schedule your session!

Hello there! I am so happy you took the first step in reaching out. A little about me, I am first and foremost here for you. You drive how we work together. This does not mean you are not going to learn and improve. We will work hard and you will know I am here to work with you and not make you feel any worse than you may already feel.
I have years of experience working with individuals, couples and partners. I am also a Veteran and understand that lifestyle. I have worked with non-traditional families, taught parenting courses, worked in the schools with children, specialized for 9 years in terminal illness and end of life issues and much more. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the approach I base most of my work on with you. This approach works well with many situations such as managing ADHD, depression, anxiety, partner/family communication and relationships, etc. Many times changing the way we think about a situation and how true our beliefs on the situations are, it will make changes in our beliefs and in turn change the way we feel (as a positive). If you are ready to dive into your current situation(s) and make them feel better, I will walk with you on that journey as well. Together we will find the answers you are searching for. Are you ready to take that step of self-discovery to become the best version of yourself? I want to guide you in your path to self-discovery, happiness, and peace.
I have been counseling clients for over 24 years and I work with all populations. My counseling modalities include Cognitive behavioral therapy, Solution-focused, and Person-Centered therapy. Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida with a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. Hello, it will soon be great to meet you as you visit my Grow Therapy Provider Profile. I'm Jacqueline Gibb, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I work with all ages in the Tampa FL area. You can meet with me for an in-office visit or teletherapy. I enjoy working with clients who feel they struggle with a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, focus and concentration issues, ADHD, and obsessive-compulsive disorder to name a few. It can be frustrating when an individual is struggling emotionally with more negative than positive feelings and it can keep an individual feeling stuck in their emotional pain. I have diligently studied the understanding of the amygdala in the brain and how the amygdala and hippocampus interprets emotional, physical, and sexual abuse that can keep a person feeling that they can't break free from the negative memories of their past. Also, these painful memories will continue to remind individuals of the traumatic event(s) they went through. Remember, you're not alone and you are valuable. The trainings that I've received can move you forward toward your life goals and the good news is that you and I working together to reduce the negative thoughts and feelings you have had to suffer through. Now, you can obtain the sense of belonging and joy you deserve in this life without negative thoughts and feelings popping up in your head when you least expect them. I also believe psychoeducation is an important part of the healing process. This helps you to understand certain types of thinking patterns and behavior reactions the human brain does and how you can reduce and stop those type of negative feelings as you move forward with healing.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating individuals with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I work with all faith denominations, ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
It takes courage to reach for a more fulfilling and happier life! By making an appointment with me, you're taking the first brave step towards change. If you're ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you to move boldly into your future!
I look forward to working with you, together, we can get your life back on track! Don't forget, believe in yourself, and remember "You Are Valuable."
