Most of my experience is working with clients who have struggled with anxiety, depression, family conflict, trauma, self esteem, and executive functioning. I graduated from University of West Florida with my Masters in Social Work in 2014. I genuinely want to connect, support, and help people see life differently.

Hi there, I'm Alex. I believe the most important way I can show up for my clients is with a nonjudgemental perspective. I strive to create a space where it is easy to come forth with anything and all things that you may have been struggling with. Our life path is full of ups and downs with unexpected twists and turns.
