Hi, I’m Katya. If you’re considering therapy, you may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward—even if you’ve been trying to handle things on your own. If you’ve wondered whether therapy will actually help you, you’re in the right place. I see therapy as a practical, collaborative space where we focus on real progress, not perfection.
My approach is strengths-based and grounded in tools that help you understand patterns that keep you stuck, manage emotions more effectively, and reconnect with what matters most to you. Therapy isn’t about erasing the past—it’s about building steadiness, clarity, and self-trust so you can move through life with more resilience.
I often think of therapy like a climb: progress isn’t always about pushing harder. Sometimes it means pausing, reassessing, and finding your next steady hold. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, relationship challenges, or ongoing stress, my goal is to help you feel more grounded and supported as you move forward.
I work with individuals and families in a collaborative way, meeting you where you are and creating a process that feels practical, respectful, and empowering.

Hey! I am Renata. If you are here, you are probably contemplating change. My favorite quote is "tradition is the enemy of progress." If you are open to stepping outside of traditional patterns, you may be ready for a journey of change.

Hello. I am Eddie
Do you feel constantly on edge—tense, anxious, or jittery? Are trembling, sweaty hands making everyday moments harder? Have dread and fear been weighing you down?
Maybe your relationships feel strained—every conversation with your partner turning into a disagreement—or perhaps the simple joy and ease you once had feel out of reach.
For over 20 years, I’ve helped people find their inner strength and build confidence they didn’t know they had. I dedicate my work to assisting individuals in achieving greater self-awareness, healthy assertiveness, and the courage to be vulnerable in safe, empowering ways.
Drawing from my expertise and experience, I teach proven coping strategies that help you navigate life’s stressors with clarity and resilience. I’ve had the privilege of working with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds, each bringing unique strengths and challenges to the process.
My approach is multifaceted, grounded in cognitive‑behavioral techniques. I am committed to challenging unhelpful thought patterns and inspiring fresh perspectives that facilitate change. My goal is simple yet profound: to help you trust yourself, rely on your abilities, and make decisions with confidence.
Progress takes work—but the rewards are life‑changing. Whether you’re facing anxiety, relationship difficulties, depression, or substance misuse, I won’t promise to “fix” everything. What I can promise is my full commitment—sharing every skill, tool, and insight I have—to help you explore, grow, and learn.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m ready to walk it with you.
Let’s get started.
I help people reconnect with who they are beneath stress, trauma, and life transitions. Therapy with me focuses on resolving the experiences and patterns that block joy, clarity, and self-trust so you can move forward on your own terms. My goal is to help you build balance across mind, body, and nervous system while developing practical skills that support long-term change.
I offer a unique experience of integrative, interactive, and holistic therapy style that blends modern psychology with mind–body approaches. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Adlerian principles, neuroscience, developmental psychology, Brainspotting, mindfulness, meditation, yoga philosophy, Ayurveda and wellness-based strategies. Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual — combining practical tools, emotional healing, and insight so that therapy is both grounded and transformative.
With sensitivity, patience, we will work collaboratively to strengthen your resilience, process trauma and restore a sense of steadiness and joy.

Hi. My name is Beth Marsh and I am a licensed mental health counselor living in Florida. I have been practicing since 2000. My favorite clients are the ones who are ready for a change in their life…no matter how big or small. I enjoy couples counseling with traditional and non traditional couples. Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have specialized training in treating anxiety, OCD, and depression. I work with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed by their thoughts and emotions, helping them build practical tools and coping strategies. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to understand themselves more deeply, reduce distress, and take meaningful steps toward feeling more confident, grounded, and in control of their lives. I believe that change is possible when clients feel heard, understood, and equipped with the right tools.
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in the state of Florida since 2003. Previously, I was licensed in Illinois. I attended the University of Chicago for my BA and Loyola University of Chicago for my MSW. I have worked in multiple settings, including healthcare, the Veterans Administration, adoption, and general outpatient mental health and relationships. I provide a non-judgmental, supportive environment for clients to address their issues.
Healing begins when you feel seen, safe, and free to show up exactly as you are. My work is rooted in creating that kind of space, one where your story is honored, your emotions are welcome, and your growth unfolds without judgment. I blend mindfulness, somatic awareness, and acceptance-based practices with an intuitive, heart-centered approach that helps you reconnect to your own strength, spirit, and wisdom.
I hold every session with empathy and compassion, but also with realness. I believe in truth-telling that heals, the kind that may not always be easy to hear but always comes from love and respect for who you are becoming. Together, we explore not only why patterns exist but how to shift them in the body and in daily life. Our work invites peace back into your nervous system and power back into your choices.
I walk beside those who are ready to stop surviving and begin living in alignment with their wholeness. You do not need to be fixed. You need to be met, witnessed, and reminded of the power that has always been yours. In this space, healing is sacred, personal, and deeply human.

Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in sunny Florida! I received my master’s degree from the University of South Florida and have been licensed and practicing for 30 years. I treat a wide array of areas, including anxiety, depression, substance use, parent-child relationships, self-esteem, life skills, and grief. I have worked with all ages, from 5-year-olds and beyond. I am a certified provider specializing in trauma, life skills, grief, ADHD, and dementia. I use a client-centered and collaborative approach. As we work together, you will find that a major focus is on building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel supported and understood. I am empathetic, nonjudgmental, and a great listener. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a structured, goal-oriented therapy that encourages you to focus on current problems and find solutions, rather than dwelling on the past. This approach allows you to manage mental health conditions and emotional concerns by identifying and changing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. I look forward to working together, problem-solving, and helping you feel like yourself again!
Hi, I'm Jay. I'm a cognitive-behavioral therapist with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I excel at helping people with mood-, relationship-, and trauma-related issues. I have advanced training from the Feeling Good Institute and continue to train in CBT and other approaches.
I provide data-driven care. We'll track your mood before and after each session. We'll also track your satisfaction with our therapy sessions so we can make adjustments to make it as optimal as possible. This is also the primary way that I improve as a therapist - with your immediate feedback.
We'll use Google Drive as our hub for your therapeutic growth. You'll have your homework and session tracker, data tracker, and all of our customized work together in one place to take with you after we complete therapy together.
I see people weekly, or biweekly, for hour long sessions. The vast majority of people will experience significant improvement in their areas of concern in just 3-4 sessions.
Hello, I am Shaqueena. Are you tired of being tired? Do you feel that no one understands your situation or that no one can relate? Are you unsure if therapy is right for you?
If you are here, then that means that you are ready and motivated to make some changes in your life. Seeking help can sometimes be tough, which is why I believe that we all experience things in our life that goes beyond our ability to cope and when that happens we need a little more assistance.
As a licensed professional counselor, my ultimate goal is to first normalize seeking assistance by decreasing the stigma on mental health. In doing so, my goal is to assist individuals in their healing process, to empower individuals to become the best version of themselves and to help individuals to see that life is completely what you make it.
My preference for treatment is to utilize a trauma-informed approach in addition to CBT, EMDR and Choice/Reality Therapy.

I have been a clinical mental health therapist and behavior analyst for children and adults. I have treated and helped people with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, problems with motivation and other life issues unique to each person. I have worked in schools, outpatient practices and homes. My experience has led to form a unique and diverse system for identifying and assessing challenging behavior patterns. I value the human experience and understand that just because a problem is identified, change is not automatic. Understanding the patterns that maintain behavior and thinking patterns can take asking the right questions and exploring unique alternatives to those patterns.
I think it is important for a therapist to be able to implement multiple approaches to the therapy process in order to best serve a client. I do predominantly utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches, but I may modify the approach to best meet your needs and goals. My main focus is helping you make progress and meet your identified goals.
I initially was drawn to being a therapist because I wanted to help others meet life's challenges and understand that sometimes we need a partner/support on that journey. I have worked with many different populations over the course of my career, including children, teens, adults, and seniors. Additionally, I have experience working in many different settings, including community mental health, inpatient mental health units, juvenile justice, nursing homes, and adult corrections. I believe these varied experiences and populations have helped to make me a well-rounded therapist.

Whether I’m providing individual therapy or guiding a team of professionals, I am committed to helping each person move toward balance, growth, and a life that feels fulfilling.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing video games and spending quality time outdoors with my family.
Thank you for being here! I look forward to helping you build and/or rebuild your relationships, increase self confidence, and battle back against anxiety and depression. After 13 years of serving in this field, I am more passionate than ever to support your mental health journey. I anticipate learning about your personal goals and increasing your knowledge of how to live a life that is more free and light.
After a career in the corporate world, I "reinvented" by going back to school to obtain a masters degree in counseling. I have worked at the VA, FL civil commitment prison, a psychiatric hospital and for the last five years counsel for a local hospital system serving a diverse population. Married, 5 kids, (3 adopted), cats and dogs, successes and failures in both business and personal life. I continue to learn how to navigate life's challenges and find meaning and purpose helping others. I practice CBT, ACT, and mindfulness, but believe the client's language should drive their journey. Being heard and understood is a partnership. Cultivating peace inside us allows us to see things as they really are. I pledge to always do my best for you.
