Hi! I’m a graduate of Barry University with my license in Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in trauma, grief, and self-esteem. I offer individual, family, and marriage and couples therapy to families. Feeling stuck is part of being human—but you don’t have to stay there. We all carry the weight of past mistakes and difficult moments, but healing begins when we choose to move forward. Progress isn’t always linear or perfect, and that’s okay. What matters is recognizing growth—however small—and continuing to move toward a healthier, more balanced life. As a licensed Mental Health Counselor, I’m here to help you navigate those stuck places with compassion and clarity. My person-centered approach is tailored to your strengths, your goals, and the pace that feels right for you. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, navigating life changes, or simply want to feel more like yourself again, I offer a supportive space where meaningful change can happen. With flexible teletherapy options—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—you can begin your journey to wellness from the comfort of your own space. Reach out by email, phone, or text to take the first step. I look forward to helping you become the best version of yourself.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is all about connection and comfort. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other and start building a foundation of trust. I’ll ask about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you hope to get out of our work together, and any concerns or questions you might have. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—this is your space, and we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you. You can expect me to listen with compassion, without judgment. I’ll explain how therapy works, talk about confidentiality, and together we’ll begin to explore what support might look like for you. Whether you’re feeling nervous, uncertain, or just relieved to have made it to this point, know that however you show up is completely welcome. The first session is the beginning of something meaningful—and you don’t have to have it all figured out. Just showing up is a powerful first step.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My biggest strength as a therapist revolves around letting you design the space so you feel comfortable to talk and process. Whether you're dealing with self-esteem, grief, trauma, or feeling overwhelmed, I'm here to help. I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques, and relatable conversation so you can work towards your goals.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

You’re feeling stuck—and while that’s a hard place to be, you’re beginning to believe that it doesn’t have to be permanent. Maybe you’ve been carrying the weight of past mistakes, difficult relationships, or a general sense of overwhelm. You’re tired of repeating the same patterns and ready to feel more like yourself again, even if you’re not sure what that looks like just yet. You may be navigating anxiety, major life transitions, or simply struggling to find balance in your day-to-day. You value personal growth, even if it’s slow or messy, and you’re open to change—as long as it happens with compassion and at your own pace. You're not looking for a quick fix. You want a space where you can be honest, feel safe, and explore what healing means for you. You appreciate a therapist who sees your strengths, meets you where you are, and helps you move forward—one step at a time. You want therapy that fits into your life, not the other way around. Flexible scheduling, teletherapy options, and a collaborative approach matter to you. If this sounds like you, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey to healing and wholeness.

My treatment methods

Strength-Based

In every session, I view you not just through the lens of your struggles, but through the strengths that have helped you make it this far. A strength-based approach means we focus on what’s already working—your resilience, values, creativity, coping skills, and inner wisdom—even if those strengths feel hidden right now. Rather than pathologizing or labeling, I help you recognize your unique abilities and build on them. We’ll explore your challenges, yes—but we’ll also highlight your capacity to grow, adapt, and create change. My role is to help you reconnect with your sense of agency, so you can move forward with confidence and self-trust. Ultimately, I believe that healing doesn’t mean becoming someone new—it means becoming more fully yourself, supported by the strengths you already carry.
