Gloria M Hernandez
Hi. I'm Gloria, LMHC in the FL State. Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, grief, or major life transitions? Are relationship difficulties, parenting stress, or past experiences affecting your ability to feel balanced and confident? You are not alone. I work with adults, adolescents, and families navigating mood concerns, grief and loss, trauma-related stress, cultural adjustment, behavioral challenges, and relationship conflicts. Whether you are coping with the death of a loved one, a significant life change, or ongoing emotional strain, therapy can provide a structured and supportive space to process and stabilize. My approach is compassionate, practical, and goal-oriented. Together, we focus on strengthening emotional regulation, improving communication, and building coping strategies that promote resilience and clarity. I offer services in English and Spanish and work collaboratively to help you move toward meaningful and sustainable growth.

Depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma can feel heavy and deeply lonely. You may be carrying more than others can see. These experiences are deeply human, and you do not have to face them alone. Whether you feel ready for change or are still unsure, I offer a compassionate space where your voice matters and healing can begin at your own pace.
First session
In the first session, I'll established rapport with my client. After it is set, hopefully client will be comfortable to tell me his/her story, gaining insight if needed, and setting goals for treatment.
Strengths
I'm an a caring empathetic-oriented person which helps me to make rapport easily.
Ideal clients
I see all my clients as givers of knowledge so I accept everyone in the certainty I'll be a little more wise at the end of treatment. My ideal client is someone willing to explore personal challenges, gain self-awareness, and work toward meaningful change. I enjoy working with diverse populations and believe every client brings valuable experiences and perspectives that enrich the therapeutic relationship. I welcome individuals facing emotional, relational, or life transitions, regardless of where they are in their journey. I do not provide court-related or forensic services.
