Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I received my Masters from the University of South Florida. I have been practicing for 5 years. I have worked in a number of settings and population. From client with psychosis to challenges with managing life events. As young as 6 years old to mid 60s. I assist clients with their human experience and how to better become the best versions of themselves.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, getting to paint the canvas that is your life and leaning into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with clients in the past, we have been able to identify the root cause of their challenges and create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve individuals, couples, teens, and older adults who are seeking growth, healing, and greater self-understanding. My clients often come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves or their relationships. Some are navigating life transitions such as career changes, parenthood, retirement, or relationship shifts. Others are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, identity concerns, or difficulties coping with stress, loss, or major life events. Teens may be exploring their identity, coping with social pressures, or building confidence, while older adults may be facing life changes, grief, or a desire to reconnect with purpose. Couples may be experiencing communication breakdowns, unresolved conflict, or challenges with intimacy and connection. I work with clients who are ready to explore patterns, reflect on their experiences, and make meaningful changes. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and nonjudgmental, focusing on both understanding the past and creating practical strategies for growth. Clients are guided to develop healthier coping skills, rebuild self-esteem, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with their values, passions, and authentic selves. Creative expression, personal style, hobbies, and intentional self-care are often integrated as tools for self-discovery and fulfillment. Ultimately, I serve those seeking to reclaim their sense of identity, improve emotional resilience, and live more intentionally. Whether supporting individuals, families, or couples, my work helps clients rediscover joy, confidence, and purpose, build stronger connections, and create a life that feels authentic, balanced, and aligned with who they truly are.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Why ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy)? Do you know that our experiences mold who we are and how we present in this world. When those experiences involved, grief, disappointment, illness, anxiety it makes our living experience and journey, even more challenging. The premise of ACT is that these experiences are inevitable features of human life. How can we manage? By productively adapting to these types of challenges. How we even do that you ask? The way to through. We need to develop greater psychological flexibility rather than engaging in counterproductive attempts to eliminate or suppress undesirable experiences. Through our mindset. Act therapy is a mindfulness therapy composed of six key concepts that helps us move from the negative perspective, accept the changes of life and makes us move towards living a meaningful life according to our own values.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive behavioral therapy better known as CBT may be one of the most used therapy methods. I think it’s mostly used and successful due to its structured and goal-oriented approach. I usually say, sing almost, thoughts -> feelings -> behavior. CBT identifies negative thoughts and behaviors and changes them. This therapy is more directive. If you list, you are going to love this model. If you don’t, we will learn to love it together. There is also a lot of education around understanding CBT, how to go about coming aware of the cognitive distortions that we experience.

Celeiny listens to everything and lets me get everything in my mind out before coming back with questions that gently get right to the heart of what I just spoke about and is very open minded with her approach. She doesn't miss even the smallest details in what is said and manages to address everything.

My first meeting with Celeiny was incredibly helpful and peaceful. She explained her methods clearly and gave me time to talk about what I needed from her. I could tell she is interested and capable in helping me fix my problem. I highly recommend speaking with Celeiny to see if you two are the right fit.
