From the moment you walk through my door, you've already got someone in your corner. I take pride in offering a supportive, calm, accepting, and safe environment for my clients. We will work together to identify thought patterns and behaviors, process your emotions, and explore your values and beliefs. We'll build healthy coping skills together. It may not be easy, but it will certainly be worth it.
My education and experience has given me the ability to provide counseling in multiple areas such as depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, family issues, teen/adolescent issues, child issues, ASD, ADHD, among others.

Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Georgia and also licensed to practice in South Carolina. I bring over 14 years of experience in the field of social work, with the past eight years focused on direct clinical practice.
Throughout my career, I’ve supported individuals facing a wide range of emotional and life challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions.

Hi, I'm Nic, founder of Revision Therapy. Many people come to therapy because they want to know themselves better, improve relationships, navigate life transitions, or become more intentional about how they live. I work with anxious overachievers, LGBTQ+ folks, and anyone mid transition wondering how they got here. Maybe it's the anxiety that never fully turns off, the one that's been running in the background so long you forgot it wasn't supposed to be there. Maybe you're looking for someone who won't need to explain your identity to. Maybe you're in the middle of a transition, a breakup, a move, a new job, a version of your life you didn't sign up for, and you feel weirdly behind for something nobody actually prepares you for. Wherever you're starting from, you don't need to have it figured out before you walk in.
Together, we'll explore the beliefs, patterns, and experiences that have shaped you, then focus on building practical strategies that create real change in your daily life. Therapy isn't about endless processing, but about understanding yourself while building the life you want to live.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, welcomed, and comfortable enough to be honest about what's working and what isn't.

It is my desire and goal through the process of counseling to assist each client to help them find restoration and healing from the broken places of their stories and relationships so you have the opportunity to live life as it is intended. To live a life of freedom, hope and abundance to provide a safe nonjudgmental place to empower people with the insight and skills needed to move forward. I have experience and success in helping people with various types of anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, substance abuse, relationship issues, family problems, hard to handle teens.
My career started as a classroom teacher and school counselor. I currently have over 20 years of experience working with students and families. In addition to my school counseling career, I am a crisis clinician in a major hospital in the DFW metroplex and work in over 32 emergency rooms providing on-call patient care. We all face unexpected challenges which sometimes leave us feeling hopeless and powerless. I believe that we have the ability to make healthy and appropriate choices regardless of the circumstances in which we may find ourselves. My role as a therapist is to assist and support clients as they learn new ways of coping and adjusting to life’s challenges. Counseling will vary depending upon one’s personality, stage of life, strengths or particular concern. Getting started can feel overwhelming. You have no idea where to even begin. You’ve been putting off therapy because you’re afraid it won’t help. More than anything you’d like to be able to feel happy again. You’d like to be able to put yourself out there more and to create deeper, more meaningful relationships with others. You want to have the courage to be your authentic self without hiding behind a mask.
Are you feeling overwhelmed by a world not built for your brain? I work with neurodivergent individuals of all ages, including those with ADHD, high functioning Autism or AuDHD often late-diagnosed, who are tired of 'trying harder' and ready to start 'trying differently. I provide a space where you don’t have to mask to be heard.
I also help older adults distinguish between 'senior moments' and the lifelong patterns of ADHD. If retirement has removed the structure you once relied on, making it harder to stay organized or present in conversations, we can work together to find clarity. It is never too late to understand your brain and reclaim your focus. I treat Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, Anger and Relationship Issues.
I'm so excited you're here! I'm a counselor and advocate with over 20 years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families. I bring extensive knowledge and compassion to my practice. I also have over 10 years of experience in private practice.
I specialize in treating depression, attention deficit disorders, anxiety, adjustment disorders, stress, self-esteem, and relationship issues. I also have expertise in working with foster and adoptive families and military families.
As a military daughter, sister, and granddaughter, I have experienced firsthand the unique challenges that come with military life. My family was stationed at Fort Stewart before we settled in Statesboro. I went on to complete my undergraduate degree in Child Psychology at Kaplan University and earned my Master's in Counseling from Wake Forest University. Since 2016, I have dedicated my career to working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. I achieved my LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) in 2021. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, and I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. I specialize in addressing issues such as depression, ADHD, stress, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, children's mental/behavioral health, military and veteran support, family relationships, grief and bereavement, anxiety, and anger management. Are you constantly trying to strike a balance between the demands of work and parenting or co-parenting, while also managing your health, housework, and perhaps other demands? I also offer a faith-based support, where clients seeking a Christian approach are welcome.
I like to form a supportive alliance with caregivers to help them navigate the demands of parenting a child or children with higher needs. I focus on parental needs, and I work with clients using evidence-based techniques to empower them to achieve balance and experience lasting well-being. For parents, I'm a big advocate of self-care, and I help my clients learn to nurture themselves in a sustainable way to avoid burnout. I also believe that parents need to feel seen and heard, and the stress of parenting cannot be overemphasized. Forming a partnership with parents, giving them a forum in which they feel consistently supported in a compassionate and non-judgmental way, therefore, is one of my top priorities as a therapist.

In my individual work I aim to scaffold skills, concepts, and techniques to ensure that distress is resolved and change is promoted across any number of domains of life. I strive to promote self-determination, and to develop the perspective that all emotions are carriers of information that deserve proactive plans or reassurance through context.
I work with the client's envisioned goals in mind first and foremost. I want to be able to build upon someone's strengths and eliminate feelings of inferiority. I like to help people work towards the best version of themselves and to gain independence by pushing past their limitations. Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in sunny Florida! I received my master’s degree from the University of South Florida and have been licensed and practicing for 30 years, treating all ages. I work with a wide array of areas, including anxiety, depression, life skills, and grief. I am a certified provider specializing in trauma, grief, ADHD, and dementia. I use a client-centered and collaborative approach. As we work together, you will find that a major focus is on building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel supported and understood. I am empathetic, nonjudgmental, and a great listener. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a structured, goal-oriented therapy that encourages you to focus on current problems and find solutions, rather than dwelling on the past. Does this sound familiar?
From the outside, you look like you have it all together, but on the inside it feels like a completely different story. You may feel worn down by constant worries and sadness, overwhelmed, or on edge. You might not even remember a time when things felt easier. But one thing is clear: you are ready for relief. You are ready to feel calm. You are ready to feel grounded and at peace with yourself. Most of all, you are ready to rediscover your true, confident self. Let's move past the outside noise and focus on real change.
Why Work with Me?
You may be the person everyone relies on, yet privately you're exhausted, anxious or questioning yourself. Perhaps you're struggling with a difficult relationship, recovering from emotional or narcissistic abuse, grieving a loss, or navigating a major life transition. You may know something needs to change but aren't quite sure how to move forward.
The “traditional office” approach is not one that I use. We have the option of meeting in an outdoor environment, in places like the beach or a park, if you are within the Palm Beach County area. And there is always the option to meet in a virtual office setting though Telehealth. I believe therapy can and should have a place in our everyday lives. I am trained in CBT, ACT, Mindfulness and trauma informed approaches.
I use several treatment modalities including, but not limited to; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Positive Psychology, and EFT Tapping. I am a strengths-based and client-centered therapist that believes my role as a therapist is to provide unwavering support for my clients. I am experienced in working with clients who present with mood disorders, depression, panic and anxiety, neurodiversity, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, and other mental health issues. I have 5+ years of experience working with diverse populations which includes Teens 13+, Young Adults, and Active-Duty Military Personnel. I am also a credentialed Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator and Qualified RCSWI Supervisor.
I integrate modalities to facilitate a collaborative space to help you get unstuck, break repetitive patterns and overcome your struggles towards a more fulfilling life. I will help you to gain insight, relate past to present while learning skills through practices that have proven to be effective. I have helped clients overcome panic, resolve trauma, improve relationships and find meaning after loss.
I have more than 30 years of experience in the mental health field trained at the doctoral and master's levels. My purpose is to create a safe and transformative space based on therapy modalities focused on skills learning, insight, and emotional processing. I am trained and worked in Brazil as well as in the US in a variety of mental health programs from schools, correction, hospitals and private practice. I provide therapy in English and Portuguese.
Hi, I’m Annie, an LMHC who works with women and girls struggling with anxiety, overthinking, and attachment-related patterns in relationships.

In our work together, we’ll explore where these patterns come from and how they’re showing up in your life today. I combine insight-oriented work with practical tools so you can better manage anxiety, build secure relationships, and feel more confident being yourself.
I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and real—where you can show up exactly as you are.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that are keeping you from enjoying your life? Perhaps anxiety is causing constant worry, depression has affected your motivation, or a painful experience or major life transition has left you feeling disconnected from yourself. You do not have to navigate these challenges alone.
I’m Sharon Salichs, a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over nine years of experience helping adolescents and adults manage anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and life transitions.
My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, while also being practical and goal-oriented. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques, based on your individual needs. Together, we will work to understand the patterns affecting your emotional well-being, strengthen your coping skills, and help you feel more confident and in control of your life.
I provide virtual therapy throughout Florida in both English and Spanish. If you are ready to feel heard, gain clarity, and begin creating meaningful change, I would be honored to support you.
