New to Grow
I am a clinician who leads with empathy, authenticity, and emotional safety. My approach combines evidence-based strategies, such as CBT, with a humanistic and compassionate style that helps clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. I create an inclusive, culturally responsive, and LGBTQ+ affirming space where teens and adults can explore anxiety, burnout, identity-related concerns, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm without fear of judgment.
I am especially effective with clients who appear high-functioning on the outside while quietly carrying stress, pressure, or emotional exhaustion internally.
As a clinician, I value connection, collaboration, and helping clients build greater self-awareness, healthier coping skills, and a stronger relationship with themselves. My work reflects warmth, professionalism, and the belief that healing happens in spaces where people feel safe enough to be fully human.
I work with teens, young adults, and adults who may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, or disconnected while trying to manage the pressures of daily life. Many of my clients are high-achieving individuals navigating stress, burnout, relationship challenges, identity exploration, or difficult life transitions. I provide an inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and culturally responsive space where clients can feel supported, understood, and empowered to heal and grow.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
In sessions, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, better understand how thoughts impact emotions and behaviors, and develop healthier coping strategies.
Humanistic
I also incorporate a humanistic approach by creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered in their personal growth. Together, these approaches help clients build self-awareness while working toward meaningful and lasting change.
