(she/her)
Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. For over 20 years, I’ve been honored to walk alongside individuals, children, and families as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My work is grounded in compassion, backed by experience, and shaped by a wide range of therapeutic approaches. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or grief, I’m here to support you. I work with people of all ages and stages — helping them find clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Let’s connect — and take the first step forward together.
Our first session is all about getting to know each other and setting the stage for our work together. I’ll walk you through the services I offer, what you can expect from therapy, and we’ll go over both the potential benefits and risks so everything feels clear and comfortable. I’ll ask you some questions to get a better sense of what’s bringing you in and what you’d like to work on. Together, we’ll start shaping your goals — and you’ll leave the session with a few practical strategies you can begin using right away. What Follow-Up Sessions Look Like Each follow-up session starts with a quick 10-minute check-in to see how things are going. From there, we’ll continue building on your progress, revisiting your goals, and working through the challenges you’re facing with tools and support tailored to you.
With over two decades of experience in the field, I bring a deep well of knowledge, compassion, and practical tools to my work. My approach is flexible and tailored — not one-size-fits-all — because I know that no two clients are the same. I’m trained in a variety of evidence-based therapy models, which means I can offer strategies and recommendations that are the right fit for you — whether you’re working through anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, or major life transitions. Clients often tell me they appreciate having clear goals, actionable tools, and a therapist who’s both supportive and honest. Many see noticeable improvements in their mood, their confidence, and their ability to navigate life with more clarity and ease.
I work best with clients who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives — even if they’re not quite sure where to start. You might be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in low moods, or struggling in your relationships. Maybe you're looking for practical tools to feel more in control day-to-day, or you're working to heal from an unhealthy or narcissistic relationship. You're not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I support clients who want to improve communication, build stronger boundaries, and form deeper, more connected relationships — with others and with themselves. If you're someone who appreciates a therapist who keeps track of your goals, offers helpful resources, and encourages home practices between sessions, we might be a great fit.
