If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating a difficult stage in life or relationships, you’re not alone. I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist who works with adolescents, adults, parents, and families who are looking for clarity, emotional balance, and stronger connections. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood while we work together to explore your experiences and move toward meaningful change. My approach is collaborative and focused on helping you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and navigate life transitions with more confidence and clarity.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first sessions are focused on getting to know you—your story, your relationships, and the areas of your life that feel most important or challenging right now. From there, we work together to identify goals that feel meaningful to you and develop practical ways to move toward them. My role is to support you, ask the right questions, and help you discover the strengths and insights you already carry within you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

When we work together, therapy becomes a collaborative space where you can explore what’s going on in your life without judgment. My approach is warm, supportive, and client-centered. I integrate person-centered therapy, solution-focused strategies, motivational interviewing, and emotionally focused work to help you gain clarity, build emotional awareness, and create meaningful change. People often tell me I’m easy to talk to, and I truly value creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. I believe that connection, understanding, and honest conversation can be powerful tools for growth and healing.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

The most important thing I ask from you is a willingness to show up and actively engage in your own process. Therapy is a space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, and real change happens when you are open to that process. I encourage you to come ready to reflect, work toward feeling better, and stay committed to your growth, even when it feels challenging.

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I utilize a person-centered approach by incorporating empathy, active listening, and unconditional positive regard to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. This method provides a nonjudgmental space where the client can feel comfortable expressing thoughts and emotions openly, which facilitates and increase self-awareness. Through reflection and validation of the client’s emotional experiences, I support insight and emotional processing. I also encourage the client to explore their feelings and experiences at their own pace, fostering autonomy, self-direction, and a stronger sense of personal understanding.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

I utilize an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approach to help the client identify, experience, and process underlying emotions related to their relational distress. I support the client in recognizing and expressing primary emotions while exploring attachment needs and patterns influencing their interactions.

Couples Counseling

I provide a space where the couple can express their emotions, feel heard and work on solutions that can benefit both, conflict resolution, build connection, trust and better their communication.
