My treatment methods

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational interviewing is a therapy that focuses on helping patients explore their resistance to making changes. I can help you identify goals and tackle the obstacles to achieving them.

Grief Therapy

Grief therapy offers a safe emotional space to process your loss. There are many reasons you may experience loss, even from life changes/losses you may see as positive. Therapy will teach you ways to cope and honor your loved one or past experience while taking care of yourself as well.

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)

I use Written Exposure Therapy to help clients face their trauma in a safe and controlled way that will not re-traumatize them. Through a 5 week process, clients gradually confront and reframe their experience leading to significant reduction in acute and chronic symptoms.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT has many applications that involve using your own awareness to explore and solve many different emotional issues.
