Please note that any self scheduled session is not guaranteed My goal is to help you find peace and a sense of balance in your life. My specialties include the treatment of mood disorders, anger, women's issues, anxiety and depression for adults and teens. At the first session, you can expect a non-judgmental and an easy-going conversation to build a therapeutic alliance. At the moment, I practice mostly over tele-health, giving us the ability to connect conveniently and safely. I am proud to say that I give my clients excellent personal attention and customer service. I am easy to contact and flexible so that you can get the treatment you need without the hassles.
I always take a detailed inventory of my clients Biological, Psychological and Social information, past and present. I like to use the session to gather information, develop rapport and begin learning about you and setting basic goals for your treatment.

Grief therapy offers a safe emotional space to process your loss. There are many reasons you may experience loss, even from life changes/losses you may see as positive. Therapy will teach you ways to cope and honor your loved one or past experience while taking care of yourself as well.
