(she/her)
Are you feeling overwhelmed by a world not built for your brain? I work with neurodivergent individuals of all ages, including those with ADHD, high functioning Autism or AuDHD often late-diagnosed, who are tired of 'trying harder' and ready to start 'trying differently. I provide a space where you don’t have to mask to be heard. I also help older adults distinguish between 'senior moments' and the lifelong patterns of ADHD. If retirement has removed the structure you once relied on, making it harder to stay organized or present in conversations, we can work together to find clarity. It is never too late to understand your brain and reclaim your focus. I treat Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, Anger and Relationship Issues.
I always take a detailed inventory of my clients Biological, Psychological and Social information, past and present. I like to use the session to gather information, develop rapport and begin learning about you and setting basic goals for your treatment.
I have been called a "catalyst" by others. Others describe me as engaging, interactive and fun, unshakably regarding others as positive capable human beings. I am a believer in the power of the therapeutic relationship.
