Ecotherapy is somewhat different than traditional talk therapy. The focus of my practice is centered on healing childhood wounds, and holding intention for my clients to be witnessed. I hold space to process through childhood abuse and other adverse childhood experiences, to explore on a deeper level how one's childhood impacts present day. What childhood wounds are manifesting in ways that no longer serve you? It is the people who poured into me and believed in me when I didn’t love or believe in myself that help me transform from broken and angry to the confident woman who loves herself and steps out on faith and gives back to those who have past or current circumstances that are holding them back from being there best version of them.
