My therapeutic style is warm, present focused, and collaborative. I will work with you to identify your unique purpose, and to support you to make the changes you desire in thought patterns, emotional responses and behavioral habits. My therapeutic approach incorporates attachment based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and transpersonal therapy. I believe my role as a therapist is to aid in the exploration and re-patterning of memories. This exploration provides a framework in which to track thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I believe that each person has within themselves the building blocks for radical insight and healing. In my spare time, I enjoy creating new recipes, hiking in nature, and exploring my newfound love of gardening. I am a happy resident of a small town in the foothills of Northern California.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

As we work together we create a space for awareness to grow. I encourage an examination of states and experiences, including artistic flow, spiritual connection, and deep insight that are beyond our everyday mind. I believes that with openness, commitment, and dedication, each person can transform their experience and live a life aligned with their values.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Attachment based therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strength Based Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, Mindfulness

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

For 18 years I have worked with children, adults, and families focusing on relationships, trauma, anxiety, and loss. Additionally, I have served as a clinical supervisor for the last four years supporting other clinicians in their work.
