Do you find it difficult to offer yourself the same kindness, compassion, and grace you would a friend or loved one? Do you have a hard time regulating your emotions and embodying challenging emotions? I am a digital nomad with a telehealth practice. I believe therapy is a sacred space and I'm honored to share it with you. I practice from a place of authenticity and curiosity. My style is empowering, warm, and humorous. My vibe is casual and light hearted. It's a heavy and difficult time in the world. I see a lot of hopelessness, helplessness, and burnout. We are collectively having a difficult time thriving in our current environment. I want to support you in actively choosing hope, even on the days when it feels impossible. You've got this!

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the intake process, we will review your background, your treatment goals, and assess whether we would be a good fit to work together. Following, we can create a strategy together that moves you towards creating a life that you love.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I practice from a place of authenticity and curiosity. My style is empowering, warm, and humorous. My vibe is casual and light hearted.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I focus primarily on neurodivergent women in their thirties. During this demanding time, there are many life transitions and identity shifts to explore. Adulting can be a busy phase of life where extra support, compassion, and care are critical. My wish is for you to not only survive, but thrive through developing your own rituals and routines.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

We will explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors all impact one another, and how making change in any one of those areas can create a snowball effect in the others. I may highlight where you may benefit from more self care and self compassion.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

We will practice skills to improve distress tolerance and emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. We will explore how mindfulness can help you improve your resilience in life and get through challenging times.
