Do you find it difficult to offer yourself the same kindness, compassion, and grace you would a friend or loved one? Do you have a hard time regulating your emotions and embodying challenging emotions? I am a digital nomad with a telehealth practice. I believe therapy is a sacred space and I'm honored to share it with you. I practice from a place of authenticity and curiosity. My style is empowering, warm, and humorous. My vibe is casual and light hearted. It's a heavy and difficult time in the world. I see a lot of hopelessness, helplessness, and burnout. We are collectively having a difficult time thriving in our modern environment. I want to support you in actively choosing hope, even on the days when it feels impossible. You've got this!

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the intake process, we will review your background, your treatment goals, and assess whether we would be a good fit to work together. Following, we can create a strategy together that moves you towards creating a life that you love.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I practice from a place of authenticity and curiosity. My style is empowering, warm, and humorous. My vibe is casual and light hearted.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I focus primarily on the intersection of neurodivergence and complex trauma in late diagnosed AuDHD women. 30's and 40's is a demanding season, and there are many life transitions and identity shifts to explore. Adulting can be a busy phase of life where extra support, compassion, and care are critical. My wish is for you to not only survive, but thrive through developing your own rituals and routines.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

We will explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors all impact one another, and how making change in any one of those areas can create a snowball effect in the others. I may highlight where you may benefit from more self care and self compassion.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

We will explore how distress tolerance, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness and mindfulness may aid in your ability to do hard things and face obstacles in life, while gently fostering your ability to navigate challenging situations with resilience, authenticity, confidence, creativity, and connection.

She was very understanding , she understood what approaches I wanted to take for myself and what goals I wanted to visit and I can’t wait to speak more, I wasn’t really comfortable before doing therapy but it feels good to start again

The fact that she did not even check in with me or ask about why I was wanting therapy and only confronted me on the fact that I didn't want to use the AI transcriptions feels so unprofessional and lacks empathy. I also find it incredibly alarming that a therapist isn't willing to have a session without the use of AI. Notes can be made manually like they have for years before online sessions. Some warmth and humanity in how hard it is to look for therapy in the first would have meant a lot.

In only one session I got a very strong feeling that I have been connected with a genuine, honest soul. I feel very optimistic about working together! The warmth she exuded was invaluable.
