I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with a PhD and almost 20 years of clinical experience working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, burnout, and addictive patterns. My approach is integrative, relational, and strengths-based, but what distinguishes my work is the combination of deep exploration with practical change. I help clients understand not only what they are feeling, but why certain patterns keep repeating across relationships, work, family, and major life decisions, and what can be done differently.
I work especially well with adults who may already have insight into their struggles but still feel caught in overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, emotional disconnection, or difficult relationship patterns. Therapy with me is collaborative and active: we may explore family-of-origin dynamics, attachment, identity, trauma, and longstanding beliefs while also building concrete tools for emotional regulation, communication, boundaries, and decision-making. The goal is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to help you develop greater self-trust, flexibility, and the ability to live and relate in ways that feel more authentic and intentional.
Hi, my name is Francoise.
Do you struggle with setting boundaries and engaging in meaningful relationships? Do you battle with finding balance in your life? I help with navigating the complexities of life. Together we will work to help you make decisions on how to better proceed in your life. We will use different evidence-based techniques that address a variety of symptoms to fit your need.
Hi There! I'm Rachel. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where we can explore your experiences together with honesty, curiosity, and compassion. I recognize that every person is unique, and I tailor my approach to fit each client's individual needs. Whether you're navigating a difficult season of life, feeling stuck in old patterns, or simply wanting a deeper understanding of yourself, I strive to help you feel supported while working toward meaningful and lasting growth.
Outside of the therapy room, I love getting lost in a good book, spending time outdoors with friends, and baking. These activities help me stay grounded and connected to the things that bring joy and balance into my life.
Hello, thank you for coming to my web page, and I want to help you with whatever journey comes our way. I have 8 years of experience, with combined internship and as an LMFT in dealing with anxiety, depression and trauma. I strive to listen to clients at their lowest lows and highest highs and bring Christian views and values whenever possible.

Hi! I am an eclectic therapist. I tend to pull different methods from different theoretical modalities (e.g. Cognitive Behavioral, Client-Centered, Gestalt, Solution-Focused, and more) because I do not believe in a One Size Fits All for therapy. Different people work in different ways. I am flexible and like to learn more about each client before deciding on specific ways to work with them and follow their lead.
I like to use humor and make clients smile. I believe it is important to focus on strengths and will provide suggestions/assign homework.

Life can be challenging and certainly has its ups and downs. I strive to assist clients in gaining awareness, understanding, and control over their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Hello! I’m Danielle. I am from Massachusetts where I completed my undergraduate (Criminal Justice & Psychology) and graduate (social work) studies. During undergrad, I volunteered with a program that help inmates with serious mental health disorder re-enter to the community. I was told the most efficient way to engage in that type of work was to go to a MSW program, so I did. During my graduate program, I heavily explored crisis intervention/assessments. Since then I have worked at a variety of places, including therapy, case management, prisons, and emergency response.
As someone who has been in and out of therapy since I was young, I never wanted to be administering therapy. I thought being a therapist would be boring and I didn’t really understand it. However, as I’ve explored what therapy should be- treating someone using an evidenced-based practice- I enjoy administering mental health treatment, using a scientific approach.
My goal is to help you gain relief from symptoms, maintain or enhance daily functioning, and improve quality of life. Ultimately, I want you to gain a sense of independence and confidence in your ability to navigate life’s challenges, using the tools and insights you’ve developed in therapy.
I am a Hispanic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California and Pennsylvania. I provide bilingual (Spanish/English) and bicultural psychotherapy services to individuals 18+ struggling with mental health challenges and trauma-related disorders regain self-control and power. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 15 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, trauma-related concerns, life transitions, and patterns of self-criticism or avoidance.
My approach is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and active. I want therapy to be a place where you feel genuinely understood and accepted, while also being supported in making meaningful changes. I believe people grow best when they are met with both kindness and honesty.
I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, Motivational Interviewing, and Exposure and Response Prevention when appropriate. Rather than relying on a single method, I tailor treatment to each person’s needs, values, strengths, and goals.
I am especially interested in helping clients better understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck and develop healthier ways of responding to difficult thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life circumstances. My goal is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to help clients build greater self-understanding, resilience, emotional flexibility, and confidence in their ability to handle life’s challenges.
I consider it a privilege to support people through the deeply human process of healing, growth, and becoming more fully themselves.
PLEASE NOTE: I specialize in Gerontology.
I believe in empowering older adults by fostering independence, resilience and sense of identity. Aging is a journey that should be met with dignity, respect, and opportunities for growth. By actively listening, providing tailored support, and encouraging self-determination, I can help older adults maintain their autonomy and confidence. Resilience is nurtured through meaningful connections, purposeful activities, and a focus on strengths rather than limitations. I am committed to honoring an individual's experiences, celebrating their uniqueness, and creating environments where people feel valued and capable. I challenge stereotypes about aging and promote a vision of later life filled with possibility and fulfillment.

I want to be able to make change and guide those to focus on thought patterns, feelings and emotions to challenging situations and improve their daily living.
This is YOUR JOURNEY and YOU DESERVE specialized support …Are you having trouble functioning in your environment while experiencing unproductive thoughts/feelings/actions? Are your emotions working against you; controlling you, keeping you from experiencing the relationships and the life that you want for yourself? Are you trapped inside your mental health diagnosis? How would it feel to be in charge of your responses to thoughts and feelings?
I work with folks experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges. My approach to therapy is individualized to you, as I utilize interventions from multiple theoretical orientations to fit your desired outcomes. I provide an emotionally safe space for sharing your truth. Let me sit beside you as you journey to yourself.

Hi, I'm Dave Jaskolski, a Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor. LMFT. I graduated from JFK University with a degree in Counseling and Transpersonal Psychology. I have worked with children, adolescents, and their families with serious symptoms and challenges such as: PTSD & trauma-related issues, ADHD/ learning disorders, and school-related IEPs, Self-harming/cutting/suicidal ideation and attempts, foster children, attachment issues, aggression/ anger issues. Autistic spectrum issues. I have taught and supervised interns in training to become therapists. I lead a Multi-Family Dialectical Behavior Therapy Group. I also trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
I’m Briana Henry, LMFT (#104847) — a California-licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults through life’s challenges and transitions. I offer individual therapy exclusively via telehealth, providing a flexible and accessible way to receive care from the comfort of your own space. My goal is to create a warm, grounding, and judgment-free environment where you can feel truly heard as you explore what’s getting in the way and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am passionate about helping people navigate difficult moments and find a greater sense of balance and clarity. I specialize in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, stress, and major life challenges. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in building tools that feel meaningful and sustainable.
I'm a clinical therapist experienced with working with individuals, couples, families and children, who've faced challenging situations, such as domestic violence or family separation. My focus is on creating a safe, empathetic space where clients can explore their strengths, heal, and grow. I use a humanistic approach, meaning I’m here to support you without judgment, helping you connect with your own goals and resilience as we work together toward positive change.
With more than 20 years of clinical experience, I work with adults and couples who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I have particular experience working with ADHD, men’s issues, relationships, anxiety, eating disorders, and emotional and behavioral concerns.
My approach to therapy is warm, direct, curious, and collaborative. I listen carefully, but I also believe therapy should be an active conversation. I’ll ask questions, offer observations, help make connections, and sometimes challenge you to look at something differently.
My training spans cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, behavioral, neuropsychological, humanistic, and Adlerian perspectives. Rather than asking every client to fit one particular model, I draw from these approaches based on the person sitting across from me. Sometimes that means practical strategies for something happening right now; other times it means understanding why the same pattern has followed you for years. Ideally, therapy gives us room for both.

You're here for a reason. The right fit can change the outcome. Maybe I can help.
Whether it's the same fight on repeat, a habit you can't shake, a loss, or just not feeling like yourself, I invite you to keep reading to learn more about me and my approach.
Maybe your life is working in most of the ways that count—work, relationships, the things you care about—but something keeps getting in the way. The same argument. Anxiety that doesn't match the situation. Shutting down when someone gets close, or blowing up and regretting it later. You might understand exactly what you're doing and still do it anyway. Or maybe something happened, like an affair coming to light, a relationship ending, or losing someone, and the way you've always handled things isn't working anymore.
Therapy with me has direction. We'll know what we're working toward and check in regularly on what's changing and what's still getting in the way. What we work on in session should carry into your life, whether that means noticing a pattern, trying a different response, or having a conversation you've been avoiding.
You'll know you're making progress when you catch a familiar pattern sooner, understand what's happening inside you instead of just reacting, stay steadier in hard conversations, set boundaries and make decisions with less second-guessing, recover from setbacks faster, and handle things on your own that you used to need help with.
Progress doesn't mean you'll never feel anxious, angry, or stuck again. It means you're better at handling it yourself. As that becomes consistent, we'll space sessions out and eventually wrap up. The goal is for you to need me less over time.
Are you feeling down, depressed, anxious, isolated, or overwhelmed with life? Hi! I’m Rebecca, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Providing therapy is not just a job for me, it is my passion. I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years devoting my time and efforts in the non-profit world.
I utilize a client-centered approach with my clients, focusing in on my clients’ strengths to help them achieve success. I like to tailor my interventions and strategies around each client’s needs. In the past, I have utilized CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and solution focused modalities. I have personal experience in the areas of depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and addiction. I can personally relate to the issues that you are going through and want to be the support system that you need to get through this! I offer an empathetic, non-judgmental, and safe space to discuss and work on your issues. Let’s work together to help you succeed through your life journey.
I was born in the US, but I was raised in Mexico. I lived in Tijuana for 10 years when my parents decided to move us across the border to Chula Vista, California. As a first-generation Mexican-American, I experienced a duality of cultures. I was often judged for either being “not Mexican enough” OR “not American enough.” I also faced enormous pressure to be successful – to justify my parents’ having left their beloved country so my sibling and I could have a better life. This is one of many reasons I decided to follow this path: to help those who feel alone in their journey. That’s how I felt when acculturating to this country.
I earned my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) at San Diego State University (SDSU). I was going to go directly into the workforce and eventually go back for my master’s, but an awesome professor challenged me to apply right away so I wouldn’t lose momentum. So, that’s what I did. I ended up getting my Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Southern California. It took some time and courage to finish all my licensing requirements, but it was worth it! I’ve been licensed as a clinical social worker in California since 2019. I am certified in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step—especially if you’re not totally sure what to say or where to begin. My job is to make that part easier.
I’m a licensed therapist who works with people dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, burnout, low motivation, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Some clients come in with something specific going on, while others just know something feels off and want to figure it out. Both are completely welcome here.
In our work together, we focus on what’s actually happening in your day-to-day life and how to create real, noticeable changes—not just talk in circles. I aim to keep sessions practical, collaborative, and grounded so you leave with clarity and a better sense of direction.
Clients often tell me they appreciate having a space where they can be honest without feeling judged or analyzed. You don’t need to have the “right words” or a clear plan before starting—we’ll figure that out together.
If you’re looking for therapy that feels straightforward, supportive, and focused on helping you move forward, I’d be glad to work with you.
All things are interconnected. To feel better, you have to act better. To feel better, you have to think better. To think better, you have to feel better. To act better, you have to think better. To think, feel, and act better, you have to care for your physical health. To care for your physical health, you have to think, feel, and act better. Each has a corresponding effect on the other. However, the aspect of ourselves that we have the most direct control of is what we do, our acting. While we can influence other people, we cannot control other people. A great source of conflict and unhappiness results from our efforts to control others. If you want better relationships, the only thing we can control is what we do, how we choose to relate. We are responsible for what we do. Others are responsible for what they do. Accepting this fundamental reality and thinking, feeling, and acting in accordance with it is how we increase our experience of power, freedom, belonging, meaning and, very importantly, fun.
My professional experience includes over 30 years of post-Master’s clinical work, including leadership experience in foster care, chemical abuse and addiction, inpatient and outpatient mental health services, and crisis intervention, de-escalation, and hospitalization. I am experienced in working with ages three through the elderly. I have worked extensively with youth and families, diverse populations and life issues, providing services in various settings, including family homes, schools, juvenile detention facilities, jails, outpatient clinics, and inpatient psychiatric facilities.
My career as a classroom teacher, assistant principal and university professor served me well in my current practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I earned my Doctorate in Education/Ed.D. from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. As a university professor, I became the Multiple Subject Program Director, Graduate Reading Director, and Supervisor of Student Teachers with both national and international publications.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with over 40 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and relationship challenges. I have extensive experience working with survivors of domestic violence, as well as individuals navigating complex life patterns shaped by past experiences.
I specialize in working with adults, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, and provide a supportive, affirming space where clients can show up as they are. I also work with couples on occasion. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I bring both professional and lived understanding to this work.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and direct. I believe therapy should be both supportive and effective—while you will always be heard and understood, I also actively engage in sessions to help you move forward. I won’t let you stay stuck. Together, we’ll break challenges down into manageable steps, build practical tools, and create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. I often incorporate structured exercises and between-session practices to help you apply what we discuss in real life, while remaining flexible and responsive to your individual needs.

Hi! I believe that people are the experts in their lives and my job is to partner with you in moving towards how you would like to be living. There may be some things you already know are getting in the way or you may need some support in imaging what that another path could even look like. We all go through problems in life and sometimes problems get too big to see the other stories of who we are.
When anxiety, depression, or the weight of past trauma takes over, simply getting through the day can feel like an uphill battle. You don’t have to settle for just "getting by," and you don't have to figure out the way forward alone.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I help teens and adults move out of survival mode and into genuine, lasting recovery. My approach looks at the whole picture: who you are, what you’ve carried, and the real-world environment you navigate every day. Integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-focused care, our work goes beyond temporary relief. Together, we will target the root of what’s keeping you stuck, quiet the noise, and equip you with practical, everyday tools to reclaim your energy, restore your internal control, and build a life you are genuinely excited to live.
