New to Grow
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am passionate about helping people navigate difficult moments and find a greater sense of balance and clarity. I specialize in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, stress, and major life challenges. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in building tools that feel meaningful and sustainable.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you—what brings you in, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, strengths, and any challenges you’re facing, while also giving you space to share at your own pace. We’ll begin identifying goals and discuss how we can work together in a way that feels supportive, practical, and aligned with your needs.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in trauma-informed care. I focus on creating a safe, respectful space where clients feel heard while also working toward clear, meaningful goals. I integrate evidence-based methods with real-world coping strategies, helping clients build skills they can apply immediately in their daily lives. What often stands out is the balance between emotional insight and actionable change—clients not only gain a deeper understanding of themselves, but also leave sessions with tools to manage challenges more effectively and confidently.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
How we think and act can greatly impact our mood, without us even realizing it sometimes. I like to coach clients on ways to improve their mood by changing their way of thinking or making small but consistent changes in lifestyle. We learned maladaptive ways of thinking which impact our mood, so we must learn new ways to change our lives.
Strength-Based
People are stronger and more resilient than they realize. I help people identify their strengths and use them to the better their lives.
