Since 2010, I’ve guided individuals through challenges like trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress management, to move beyond self-preservation and embrace the exploration and experimentation necessary for a truly creative living.
I view mental wellness as more than just the absence of distress: it’s a creative mindset. My unique approach blends science, philosophy, symbolism, humor, and storytelling – drawing insights from movies and the arts – to unlock your potential and open your wings to a creative life style.
Together, we’ll focus on your inherent strengths and core values, setting ambitious goals to propel you toward your ideals. We clear the path for your growth while healing and transforming emotional wounds that have held you back. Because your mental wellness is your competitive edge
Choosing to begin therapy is a courageous step. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, I provide a compassionate, grounded space where individuals and couples can explore challenges, heal from past wounds, and move toward meaningful change.
I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, faith, and trauma. My approach is relational and collaborative — I believe healing happens within safe, attuned connections. Together, we’ll work to understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while building practical tools to support emotional regulation, communication, and self-understanding.
My work is informed by person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and attachment-based frameworks. I also integrate trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and existential perspectives, helping clients explore identity, purpose, and the deeper narratives shaping their lives.
I obtained a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. I have a background in behavioral therapy and have worked in several different settings including school, group settings, residential facilities, and private practice.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply seeking clarity, therapy can be a place to slow down and reconnect with yourself. My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you strengthen resilience, deepen insight, and move toward the life and relationships you want with yourself and others.
I welcome clients from diverse cultural, spiritual, and relational backgrounds, and I am committed to creating an inclusive, affirming therapeutic environment.
If you're ready to begin, I’d be honored to support you.
Hey, I’m Jeannuel
I’m really glad you’re here.
I’m a therapist, but more importantly, I’m someone who deeply values human connection, honesty, and showing up authentically. I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and real — not intimidating or overly clinical.
I’m warm, down-to-earth, and optimistic by nature. I value laughter when it fits, honesty even when things feel messy, and creating a space where you don’t have to pretend to have it all together. I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen and supported — not judged or rushed. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s story.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m someone who appreciates balance, reflection, and growth. I care deeply about helping people reconnect with themselves and trust their inner voice again , or even discover it for the first time.
If you’re looking for a therapist who shows up as a real person and creates space for you to be one too, you’re in the right place.
Hi, I’m Bonnie Phillips, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. I provide a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and build healthier coping skills. My approach is client-centered and integrates CBT, DBT, relational, and compassion-focused techniques to support emotional growth, resilience, and meaningful change.
Do you find yourself putting everyone else's needs before your own?
Perhaps you are the responsible one in your family—the person others depend on for support, and stability. You may appear successful on the outside, yet internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted from carrying responsibilities that never seem to end. Maybe you struggle to set boundaries without guilt, find yourself repeating the same relationship patterns, or wonder why you work so hard yet still feel like you're falling short. If this sounds familiar, you're not alone.
For over 20 years, I have helped adults navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and grief. Many of the clients I work with are high-achieving adults, adult children of immigrant parents, and individuals who have spent years taking care of others while neglecting their own emotional needs. Often, the struggles we experience as adults are connected to lessons we learned early in life. We may have learned to stay strong, avoid conflict, meet expectations, or prioritize everyone else's needs before our own. While these patterns may have helped us survive difficult circumstances, they can later contribute to anxiety, burnout, resentment, and difficulties in relationships. Over the years, I have learned that growth is not about becoming someone else. It is about understanding ourselves more fully, letting go of patterns that no longer serve us, and creating relationships that reflect who we are today. I believe meaningful change begins with awareness, compassion, and courage. Therapy is not about becoming someone different. It is about reconnecting with who you are beneath the pressure, expectations, and self-doubt.
You deserve relationships that feel authentic, a life that aligns with your values, and the freedom to care for yourself with the same kindness you so freely offer others.
I’m here to support you on your journey toward greater self-awareness and emotional well-being. In our individual sessions, we’ll explore how your past experiences shape your present feelings and behaviors, including any underlying self-doubt or anxiety. Together, we’ll examine the personal, relational, and cultural influences that have shaped your experiences, helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your unique story.
Using techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing, we’ll address the feelings associated with anxiety and self-doubt. I believe that healing involves both understanding our experiences and reconnecting with the wisdom of the body. Through exploring the stories you hold about yourself, increasing awareness of physical and emotional responses, and developing practical tools for coping, we can create new pathways toward growth and resilience. Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can express yourself freely, explore new perspectives, reconnect with your values, celebrate your strengths, and begin to feel more grounded, connected, and open to life’s possibilities.
All things are interconnected. To feel better, you have to act better. To feel better, you have to think better. To think better, you have to feel better. To act better, you have to think better. To think, feel, and act better, you have to care for your physical health. To care for your physical health, you have to think, feel, and act better. Each has a corresponding effect on the other. However, the aspect of ourselves that we have the most direct control of is what we do, our acting. While we can influence other people, we cannot control other people. A great source of conflict and unhappiness results from our efforts to control others. If you want better relationships, the only thing we can control is what we do, how we choose to relate. We are responsible for what we do. Others are responsible for what they do. Accepting this fundamental reality and thinking, feeling, and acting in accordance with it is how we increase our experience of power, freedom, belonging, meaning and, very importantly, fun.
My professional experience includes over 30 years of post-Master’s clinical work, including leadership experience in foster care, chemical abuse and addiction, inpatient and outpatient mental health services, and crisis intervention, de-escalation, and hospitalization. I am experienced in working with ages three through the elderly. I have worked extensively with youth and families, diverse populations and life issues, providing services in various settings, including family homes, schools, juvenile detention facilities, jails, outpatient clinics, and inpatient psychiatric facilities.
Seeking therapy is a courageous first step toward healing. You deserve to feel seen and supported. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, grief, and the lasting effects of difficult experiences. I offer a warm, supportive, therapeutic partnership where you can feel understood and empowered to make meaningful change. I have been practicing for 7 years and while I currently provide Telehealth services, I have experience working across a variety of settings including community mental health agencies, within school systems, and in group practice, which has given me the gift of working with individuals from many different walks of life.
My approach is integrative and strengths-based, meaning I consider how your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences are interconnected while drawing from approaches including CBT, IFS, attachment theory, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help you build insight, develop practical tools, and create lasting change. I believe healing happens within a strong therapeutic relationship, and together we’ll build practical tools, deepen self-understanding, and work toward the goals that matter most to you in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

Counseling is a passion for me. It is my practice, I support each client to discover their own inner resources and strengths while gaining personal empowerment. My passion is working with survivors of trauma to break cycles of transgenerational trauma to create new paths, traditions, and coping strategies for a healthy well-being. I utilize various treatment modalities which include but are not limited to psycho-dynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution focused. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Mindfulness. My approach is of a strength-based nature using relational therapy techniques, interwoven with threads of narrative therapy. I enjoy utilizing a nontraditional approach to therapy and am hoping to de-stigmatize mental health in communities of color. As a survivor of trauma myself, I aim to help make meaning of the individuals life experiences and assist them in moving from surviving to thriving. I believe my life experiences can help provide resonance, a helpful tool in providing empathy which is important to the healing journey. I am trauma informed, using whole body therapy to build relationships with individuals who want to trust themselves and others. My approach incorporates the belief that curiosity guides your discovery of self. I will ask questions that can help clients understand how they are in the world and from that perspective they can decide what changes they want to make. It is a useful tool for me to use embodiment that connects clients to their body, mind and spirit respecting their own inner wisdom, their past and present. I utilize emotional education that demystify feelings, emotions, and behavior so the client can make adaptive choices and build strategies that connect them to their own values and help them nurture the relationships they deserve. As a therapist in the community for over 2 decades, I have worked with a range of people across the spectrum helping them achieve their goals.

I am a NY, and FLA. state licensed mental health counselor and CA state professional clinical counselor with a specialty in substance abuse disorders. I offer psychotherapy in a safe, non-judgmental environment where individuals are free to express themselves. I utilize traditional and non-traditional therapeutic approaches to help people find relief from unresolved issues, traumas, depression and anxiety. For as long as I can remember, I have been guided by a deep curiosity and an intuitive attunement to the inner life. Through the lens of the Enneagram Eight, softened and informed by the heart-centered wisdom of the Two, I have felt a persistent call toward creativity, advocacy, and soulful service. From an early age, I sensed a vocation to walk alongside others as they remember and embody their true nature. At twelve, I consciously answered this call as a Healer, and since then, my path has unfolded through continual inquiry, learning, and practice—expressed as an artist, a devoted companion, a counselor, and a kitchen herbalist. Each role is a living dialogue with all the parts of me, in service of integration, wholeness, and becoming.

Psychotherapy relies heavily on the rapport between therapist and client, without it growth and trust cease to exist. I work towards understanding your needs and wants in a nonjudgmental safe, supportive, and empathetic environment. I believe mental health issues are a symptom of deeper, unresolved emotional issues and childhood wounds. I work with teenagers 13+ and adults. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy to help identify irrational thoughts and faulty thinking that are the main culprits behind anxiety and stress. I also utilize psychodynamic therapy to help uncover past issues, such as family dynamics and childhood issues. My full fee is $200 for individuals and $250 for couples, however I do work on a sliding scale as well. I see virtual clients and accept females, teens, and couples only for in person sessions.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California and Washington and provide outpatient psychotherapy services in-person and via telehealth. I’m Jake Sims, a licensed psychotherapist based in California. I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addiction, or a general sense of feeling stuck or disconnected. Many of my clients are navigating major life transitions or grappling with questions around identity, purpose, or belonging.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in deep listening. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, relational work, AEDP, and contemplative traditions like mindfulness and Buddhist psychology. What that means in practice is that I aim to help you explore both the roots of your pain and the parts of you that long for healing, connection, and growth.
I believe therapy works best when it’s not just about solving a problem, but about creating a space where you can be more fully yourself. We’ll pay attention to patterns in your life and relationships, explore emotions you may have learned to push aside, and work together to loosen the grip of old wounds or outdated beliefs. I also try to show up in the room as a real person—someone who’s curious, present, and engaged.
Ultimately, therapy with me is about helping you feel more alive, more connected to others, and more in touch with your own inner resources. If that resonates with you, I’d be honored to work together.

Sometimes, as adults, we discover that our ability to make decisions; to love someone; to accept the love of another; to feel peace and inner calm; to find the motivation to accomplish goals; to forgive a betrayal; and to experience self-acceptance and confidence can feel limited, creating distress and discomfort. Thus begins the journey of an examined life. When you explore how you operate, what influences your choices, and what has contributed to your experiences, you begin the process of enriching your internal resources. This expansion of resources broadens your choices and options in life and holds the potential for higher functioning and greater happiness.
As a therapist, I provide a safe, comfortable, and nonjudgmental environment. I am easy to talk to, interactive, respectfully direct, and mindful of diverse cultures, backgrounds, and sexual orientations. I work collaboratively with my clients to set goals and utilize each individual’s strengths and resources, supporting the discovery of an authentic self that experiences life in a richer and more satisfying way.
My name is Neha, and I use she/her pronouns. I have been practicing as a therapist for the past four years and am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience. My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own experiences of immigration and adapting to a new culture. Growing up in a community-oriented country, I deeply valued the sense of connection and belonging that surrounded me. After moving to the United States, I became more aware of how meaningful those connections can be and was inspired to create that same sense of support and understanding for others. This experience continues to guide my work as I strive to provide a compassionate, collaborative space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported in their growth. In my free time I like to go on hikes, try the newest Matcha spot in town, and learn different languages.
I am a licensed clinician dedicated to helping individuals break free from stuck patterns, navigate complex trauma, and build stable, fulfilling lives. My practice focuses heavily on adult mental health, substance use recovery, and specialized behavioral tracks—specifically treating pornography addiction, intimacy challenges, and compulsive, sexualized coping loops. I recognize that deeply stigmatized or complex challenges often carry overwhelming shame, which is why my clinical space is entirely non-judgmental, collaborative, and objective.
By integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with body-based Somatic Therapy, I help you heal both the mind and a dysregulated nervous system. Together, we look beyond baseline talk therapy to restore your personal autonomy, expand your distress tolerance, and create real, lasting behavioral integrity. You don't have to navigate these heavy stressors alone; I am here to work alongside you as a dedicated teammate.

I’m a first-generation, Vietnamese, transgender, and queer therapist who brings both professional training and lived experience to the work. My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story.
In my practice, I often draw from EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients process trauma and experiences in a way that feels restorative. EMDR supports the brain’s natural healing by using bilateral stimulation—like eye or auditory movements —to reprocess memories and reduce their emotional intensity.
I also use Narrative Therapy, which invites clients to explore the stories they’ve been told or have come to believe about themselves. Together, we uncover how those stories were shaped—by culture, relationships, systems, or past experiences—and work toward reclaiming narratives that center resilience, agency, and authenticity.
I understand the importance of creating a space where clients feel seen, affirmed, and safe to show up as their full selves. Whether you’re navigating trauma, identity exploration, or simply seeking to reconnect with yourself, I’m here support you in that process with care, collaboration, and accountability.
Are you looking for a mental health letter for gender-affirming surgery? I write those! Feel free to reach out for short-term therapy services to complete the letter assessment process with me.
My practice uses old fashioned, human-generated tools and information methodically accumulated over years of community and evidenced based research. I do not use AI programs at any point in the therapeutic process.

I am licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion and clarity. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, transitional life phases and grief. My goals is to create a safe, non judgmental space where the client can explore their feelings, gain insight, and develop strategies for change. Together we work toward a greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and a life that aligns with your values, goals, and to be a better version of yourself.
Hello, I'm Cameron and many of my clients are adults and couples who present as successful on the outside but internally struggle with burnout, anxiety, self-doubt, trauma, and/or feeling disconnected in their relationships. They find themselves stuck in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, or unhealthy communication patterns that leave them feeling insecure or emotionally distant. I help individuals and couples heal and move forward and learn skills to feel more confident, connected, and emotionally secure.
Hi, I’m Nancy Rodriguez, a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I was born and raised in Southeast Los Angeles, and I bring both my personal and professional experience into the way I show up with clients.
I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or emotionally stuck and are looking for a space to slow things down and understand what they’re going through. I know starting therapy can feel uncertain, and my goal is to make it feel more comfortable and supported from the beginning.
I will hold space for the feelings, goals, and values that matter most to you. I am compassionate and strengths based and will provide you with insight, guidance, and warmth as you process emotions and develop strength for today and for the future. I always seek to provide a space where you can feel seen, heard, and valued for who you are. I will always hold a space for you that is free from judgment-a place where you can truly be your authentic self.
As a therapist, I strive to create and maintain a safe, judgment-free environment for my clients to be vulnerable and explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences, good and bad. I utilize a collaborative approach to raise awareness, discuss deeper issues, and support clients in overcoming barriers so they can live fulfilling lives.
I understand that, at times, this process can be intimidating, and it takes a lot of courage to acknowledge you might need help. So, I want to emphasize that if you choose to work with me, I will be there to lend an empowering, helping hand.
Hi! Welcome. I’m Jocelyn and I operate as a friendly and accountable person in your life with the intention of helping you make progress towards your goals. My practice is dedicated to holding space for all of the feelings that present themselves on a day to day basis, honoring both who you are and the person you are becoming. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have everything figured out. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore the challenges that bring you to therapy.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 24 years of clinical experience helping adolescents and adults heal from trauma, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change in their lives. I specialize in working with individuals affected by domestic violence, emotional, physical, mental, and sexual abuse, childhood neglect, PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
Throughout my career, I have worked in nonprofit community mental health settings in a variety of leadership and clinical roles, including Clinical Director and Clinical Supervisor, while maintaining a private practice since 2010. Since 2019, I have focused primarily on private practice and genuinely enjoy the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and support clients through their healing and growth.
My approach is compassionate, direct, intuitive, and empowering. I believe people are resilient and capable of change when provided with the right support, tools, and insight. Together, we work to understand how past experiences continue to affect present-day thoughts, emotions, relationships, and decision-making, while developing practical strategies to improve self-worth, restore functioning, and achieve personal, educational, career, and relationship goals.
I strive to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. Drawing from a variety of evidence-based approaches, I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs, strengths, cultural background, and life experiences. My goal is to help clients move beyond survival, reclaim their sense of self, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Hello and welcome! I have been a licensed psychologist in California since 2016. My goal is to help individuals enhance their sense of well being and experience a greater sense of meaning in their lives. This can be done by acquiring coping skills to identify, and refute unhelpful habits of thinking, increase self-compassion and self-care.
My approach to counseling is strengths based and empowerment focused. I use a collaborative and egalitarian style with people who I works with in counseling. When meeting with me for the first time, clients can expect an opportunity to explore presenting concerns and potential goals for treatment.
I received my Bachelors degree Psychology from the George Washington University, my first Masters degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University and my second Masters degree and Doctorate in Clinical-Community Psychology from the University of La Verne.
When I’m not working with clients, you can find me in the garden!
