In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, I'll ask you some questions to understand your background and what brought you to therapy. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel comfortable sharing your story and where we can begin building rapport. Towards the end of the session, we'll also take time to discuss any questions you might have and determine if we are a good fit for working together to create goals that will support your readiness for change.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I incorporate a range of therapeutic practices that focus on your unique strengths and goals. My approach is Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My clients tell me that I am a good listener who understands their struggles. I create a non-judgmental space where clients are comfortable breaking down their defenses and are free to openly communicate their thoughts and feelings. I regard each person as an individual with unique issues that need to be addressed. Together, my client and I, establish goals that will ultimately achieve my client's well-being. Through approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, my clients learn techniques to help them navigate life's journey.
