I have been involved in the mental health field for almost 19 years. I am fully licensed as a Professional Counselor in three state, Georgia, New Hampshire, and Connecticut, and have recently earned my Doctorate of Philosophy in 2018 from Capella University in Advanced General Studies in Human Behavior with my dissertation published in qualitative research on the correlation between sexuality and professional identity. Some things outside of the office I enjoy are reading, traveling, and cooking.

These components will include: eating habits, sleeping habits, physical activity, and spiritual life which all have a direct correlation to overall improvement of wellness and mood stability.
I take an integrative, holistic approach to therapy within care of the health and well-being of my clients specifically looking at Family systems and generational patterns.
I provide assessments and evaluations for pre-bariatric and spinal cord stimulator patients which addresses clients who struggle with maintaining a healthy weight and struggle with chronic pain respectively.
