I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for you to openly talk about your feelings and goals. I focus on identifying unhelpful thoughts that may lead to your emotional distress and healthy coping strategies. I explore how trauma may have shaped your interpretation of events. I look forward to you scheduling an appointment and partnering with myself to obtain support, and develop solutions to support your personal growth and change!

I have 30 years of experience working with individuals who have experienced traumatic events to explore the emotional impact in your life and identify coping strategies that promote healing.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have 30 years of experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy which will focus on identifying and challenging unhelpful, negative thoughts that lead to anxious/depressed feelings and unhealthy behavior patterns.
