I am a licensed clinical social worker and substance abuse counselor providing therapy services to adults. I have been practicing therapy for 12 years but have been in the field of social work since 2000. My professional experience includes work in child welfare, treatment foster care, adoption, parenting concerns, substance use, domestic violence, trauma, anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA, and life transitions.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy should feel both practical and deeply human. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients are highly sensitive, neurodivergent, or have spent years taking care of everyone else while losing sight of themselves.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma informed. I integrate evidence based approaches including CBT, somatic therapy, attachment based interventions, mindfulness, and parts work to help clients better understand themselves, heal old patterns, and create meaningful change. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself, explore your story with curiosity and compassion, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fulfilling.
Hello! My name is Gayle. I am kind and warm, but honest and straightforward. My therapeutic approach is non-judgmental, meaning I will meet you with empathy and understanding, regardless of the issues that are causing you distress. At times, life's stressors seem insurmountable, and it feels as though it’s difficult to just get through the day. I can help guide you toward a resolution and healing. I am adept at working with individuals or couples with a variety of issues, such as depression, anxiety, relational conflict, trauma, life transitions, and I specialize in OCD and BiPolar Disorders.
Besides my educational and professional experiences, I have gone through my own life experiences and challenges. Clients come to me when their emotions feel too intense, their patterns feel unmanageable, or their relationships feel strained. Many are dealing with anxiety, trauma, grief, avoidance, or habits that no longer serve them. They want to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and learn how to respond in healthier, more grounded ways. I help clients move forward by combining warmth with structure. Together, we create meaningful change that clients can carry into every part of their lives.

Hi! I'm Delilah Stovall (licensed as Dylan Stovall, LCSW). I'm transgender/non-binary (hence the two names), and I've worked as a social worker in Florida since 2019. I have worked in a community mental health setting for the entirety of my career until beginning my practice last year. I have been independently licensed as a therapist in Florida since September 2022 and in Wisconsin since July 2025.
With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I am dedicated to creating a relaxed and comfortable environment where you can feel safe, heard, and cared for. My practice specializes in addressing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, sexual trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, PTSD and relationship concerns for both couples and individuals. Does life, work, or family situations have you stressed, anxious, or depressed? Or is something from the past just refusing to stay buried? Then look no further! I love getting into all of the surface and all of the deep, dark things with my clients and do so in a warm, accepting, positive, and non-judgmental space. In this space, I LOVE hearing people's stories, and from these stories, I can help you close chapters and create new ones.
Hello, my name is Jenica ( JEN i kuh, like Jessica, but with an "n" instead of "ss") and I've been therapist since Sept 1, 2011. I'm licensed in AL, WI, MD, DC, and DE, with my home base in Alabama currently. I'm grateful to have lived in the Southeast (where I'm from), the Intermountain West, and the Midwest, and traveled around the world, where I have gained beautiful and rich experiences from so many different cultures and peoples. Hello, and welcome! My name is Amber Stewart, and I’m a licensed professional counselor (LPC) out of Western Pennsylvania; I'm also licensed in Wisconsin. I specialize in anxiety, self-esteem, depression, and trauma. I want to help you go from just tolerating the symptoms of your anxiety, depression, or trauma to living fully in the present and having a healthy relationship with yourself. I believe that underlying most (if not all) mental health concerns is some kind of trauma – and, there are many studies that support my belief that trauma is connected to depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. I invite you to learn more about my approaches to therapy, trauma, and trauma therapy by visiting my website: (www.everystepforward.com). And, please feel free to reach out to me with any questions.

I love life even when it is difficult, uncertain, and unpredictable. I experience it as a precious gift and live in constant awe of the quiet miracle of existence. I believe in hope, believe in kindness and compassion, and hold an essentially optimistic view of the human spirit. As a practicing professional, I am continually moved by the beauty and depth of psychotherapy. The psyche remains a mystery that can never be fully captured, and yet it endlessly inspires me. For me, psychotherapy is not only a profession—it is a philosophy, a spiritual path, and a way of living with attention, humility, and devotion to inner truth.

As a therapist, I lead with empathy, presence, and genuine care. I am a strong listener who stays client-focused, creating a space where people can feel safe enough to be honest about their pain, fears, and hopes. My goal is to help clients find hope in moments that feel hopeless, clarity in confusion, and confidence in places where fear once lived.
Hi, I’m Dr. Valerie,
I bring to therapy a lifespan orientation, in which I prioritize the lived experience of each individual—what they’ve felt, survived, and internalized.
My original training was in Developmental/ Child Psychology. After receiving a PhD in Developmental Psychology, at the University of Califronia at Berkeley, I became a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. I have 30 years experience working with individuals of all ages.
My training has focused on Evidence-Based, Gold Standard, therapy options. I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for depression, anxiety, anger management, emotion regulation and substance use disorders. I enjoy working with complex needs, in which more than one diagnosis is present. Personality Disorders are a special interest area for me. I love complex problems, and have plenty of tools!
My work as a licensed psychologist is grounded in the belief that people heal best when they feel heard, supported, and connected to their inherent strengths. Because no one is defined by the challenges they’re facing or a learned, unhealthy, and inaccurate view of themselves. Instead, it's that inherent strength that has gotten you to the point of reflection and recognition that you can and deserve to feel better. Over the past two decades, working at the intersection of mental health, community wellness, and systems change, this belief has guided me in nearly every setting.
Yet it’s in the one‑on‑one session where this foundation matters most. My goal is to show up authentically, offer steady support, and work collaboratively to help you jmove toward greater clarity, resilience, and purpose. Whether we’re exploring a specific concern or navigating the many challenges life puts before you, my aim is to normalize the journey while helping you focus on what feels most important. And when challenges arise, we don’t view them through a deficit or blaming lens. Instead, we work together to build healthier, more sustainable ways of coping. And though the path can be challenging at times, a bit of levity or humor may surface when it’s helpful — because therapy isn’t only about what we want to change, but also about reconnecting with the emotional states we hope to cultivate.
While much of this shows up in my clinical work, it’s also reflected in my broader commitments — advocating for the environment, supporting communities often dismissed or misunderstood, and using writing and organizing to amplify voices and foster connection. These experiences shape who I am and what drives my work. They’re not always front‑and‑center, but do create a compassionate backdrop where trust can grow, dialogue can unfold, and healing can happen.

Hi there, I'm Kathleen.
Do you feel stressed by life and seek peace and healing? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself?
I work with adults of all ages for INDIVIDUAL therapy. At this time I am not scheduling appointments with children, couples, or families.
Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also integrate faith and recovery principles in our work together.
Whether you're dealing with feeling overwhelmed, have relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the thoughts and habits holding you back. Let's work together!
Anxiety, trauma, mood changes, academic stress, or life transitions can be overwhelming. You are not alone. I work with students, teenagers, and early career professionals. We will create a supportive space to better understand yourself. This helps us move forward with confidence. I also enjoy working with individuals navigating neurodivergence. Additional support can help clients overcome unique challenges from school, work, and relationships. In therapy, we often begin by slowing things down. This helps us explore how your current experiences connect to larger patterns. Together, we will easily manage difficult thoughts and emotions. My goal is to create a genuine, accepting relationship so that you can truly be yourself.
I use EMDR, existential therapy, and other evidence-based approaches. But these are always tailored to your individual needs. We will work together at a pace that feels comfortable. Even if you are working through trauma, managing stress, or seeking self-insight. No concern is too big or too small, and I'm honored to be part of your journey toward growth and healing.
I am a caring, loving grandmother who desires to help others with my knowledge and experiences. I am a therapist who gives all of the resources to their clients to reach the success they want in their lives, what I do not know, I will seek out to help my clients. I want my clients to succeed in their life and prosper.
Hi, I'm Sheridan, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I'm so glad you're here! I know that reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, and my goal is to make the process feel as comfortable and approachable as possible. I believe healing happens through connection, self-understanding, and having a space where you don't have to carry everything on your own. I strive to create a warm and supportive space where you can explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and move toward change that feels aligned and authentic to who you are. I believe we as humans are meant for more than just "survival mode." While life can shape us in powerful ways, it does not have to define what is possible for us. We all deserve the chance to reconnect with ourselves, cultivate meaningful relationships, and build lives that feel intentional, fulfilling, and truly our own.

I have been involved in the industry since 2017, beginning with an internship at a school-based counseling program in Milwaukee. During this period, I developed skills in advocacy and adaptability to meet client needs. In 2023, feeling exhausted from frequent school transitions, I commenced my doctoral studies in Advanced Studies in Human Behavior (currently ongoing) and enrolled in an adult developmental course. I became deeply interested in the subject matter and decided to transition from school-based services to providing telehealth support for adults. While I continue to work with children, my primary focus has shifted toward adult clients. My preferred aspect of this role is the opportunity to serve clients across Wisconsin in the comfort of their homes.
My hobbies are playing and watching softball, watching BananaBall, reading, and crafting.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in providing compassionate and effective services tailored to individuals of all ages, genders, and cultural backgrounds, spanning from childhood to adulthood.
With over a decade of experience, I bring extensive expertise in various evidence-based modalities including DBT, CBT, mindfulness practices, and EMDR. My dedication to continuous learning ensures that I remain at the forefront of advancements in the field, allowing me to provide the highest quality care.
I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative space for growth and rooted in the belief that you are the expert in your lived experiences. I try to show up as a real person as well as a therapist; curious and direct.
I work to prioritize care that is person centered, evidence-based, and compassion focused. I have completed training and have experience treating trauma, anxiety, grief, family challenges, divorce and life changes.
I don't lead with how you might fit or not fit into a diagnostic box. I hope you'll show up in a therapy space as your whole self. I understand that life can lead us in directions we didn't see coming, and how much strength it can take to change course and try to find ourselves again.
You may be functioning on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck on the inside. I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, chronic pain, process addiction, and relationship challenges who are seeking not just symptom relief, but a more meaningful and authentic way of living.
My approach is holistic, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I strive to create a safe, trusting, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences openly, deepen self-understanding, and move toward lasting change. I believe healing is not only about reducing distress, but about creating the freedom to live a life that feels aligned, connected, and true to who you are.
I integrate evidence-based approaches with mindfulness and somatic (body-based) practices to support awareness of the connection between thoughts, emotions, and the nervous system. Together, we build on your strengths, increase emotional resilience, and support you in living more fully in alignment with your values and what matters most to you.
I also offer EFT-informed couples therapy and enjoy supporting partners in strengthening connection, improving communication, and navigating challenges with greater understanding and compassion.
I have completed specialized training in EMDR, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Gottman Method (Level One), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 14 years of counseling experience. I received a Bachelors Degree in Social Work and a Masters of Education in Counseling Education from Southeastern Louisiana University. I am also a National Certified Counselor and a Board Certified-Telemental Health Provider. I am licensed in Louisiana, Texas, Idaho and Wisconsin. I also have licensing privileges per the Counseling Compact in Minnesota and Idaho. I work with adults who may be struggling with adjustment issues, stress, anxiety, grief and self-abandonment issues.
I believe healing begins with understanding. Many of the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that bring people to therapy are not signs of weakness or failure—they are often adaptations that developed in response to difficult experiences, stress, or adversity. While these patterns may have helped you cope or protect yourself at one point in your life, they can sometimes create challenges in relationships, work, and overall well-being.
My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to explore their experiences without judgment. Together, we will work to understand not only what is happening in your life, but also why certain patterns may have developed and whether they continue to serve you today.
Earlier experiences in my own life taught me that adversity can shape the way we view ourselves, others, and the world around us. Through these experiences, I developed a deep appreciation for how the mind and nervous system adapt to help us navigate challenges. The mind is designed to prioritize safety and survival, and many of the symptoms people experience are understandable responses to difficult circumstances rather than character flaws. While these adaptations may have been necessary at one point, healing often involves learning new ways of responding that better support the life you want to build.
I work with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and self-esteem concerns. My goal is to help clients increase self-awareness, build resilience, strengthen boundaries, and develop practical tools for lasting change. Together, we can help you better understand yourself, reconnect with your strengths, and move forward with greater confidence, flexibility, and self-compassion.

Hello and kudos for taking the first steps to improving your life. At times, life can sure be challenging, sometimes confusing and other times painful. So, taking the first step to a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. ‘Courage is not the absence of fear; courage is looking fear in the eyes as you walk on by.’ (Anonymous).

Life can become complicated when the strategies that once worked stop working. Whether you're navigating a recent ADHD or AuDHD diagnosis, struggling with burnout, anxiety, depression, or major life changes, it can feel like you're trying to solve a puzzle without all the pieces.
As someone who was diagnosed later in life, I understand both the relief and the disruption that can come from finally having an explanation for lifelong challenges. That experience has shaped my approach to therapy and deepened my appreciation for the resilience people develop while trying to navigate a world that wasn't designed with their needs in mind.
My work is grounded in the belief that every person has a unique nervous system, unique strengths, and unique challenges. Rather than treating a label, I focus on understanding you as a whole person. I draw from established therapy approaches, neuroscience, and our growing understanding of the connection between the brain and body. I also believe that therapy doesn't have to feel cold or clinical. Humor, relatable analogies, and practical tools are often part of our conversations.
I work primarily with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or exhausted from constantly trying to keep up. Many are navigating neurodivergence, life transitions, relationship challenges, or the loss of skills that can accompany chronic stress and burnout. I also provide an affirming space for clients in kink, polyamorous, and other consensual nontraditional relationships.
My goal is to help you better understand yourself, reduce overwhelm, build sustainable strategies, and create a life that feels more authentic and manageable. You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can work through it together, one step at a time.

Therapy with me is about changing how you process and interpret what you experience. Utilizing neurologically informed and mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral approaches, I help you change how you think, feel, and behave. It is a process of creating new ways of being you and relating to others which reduces your distress and increases your wellbeing. I offer you my full attention as a gentle, compassionate and mindful companion who accepts you as you are, without judgment, focusing on your strengths, honoring your wisdom, and supporting your self-discovery as you seek your healing.
At our core, we’re all wired for love and connection. Life experiences—like trauma, loss, or unmet needs—can make it hard to live in that truth. The therapeutic relationship can serve as a vehicle to aid in reconnecting with yourself and explore safe connection to another. My approach is eclectic and focused on the present moment, drawing from mindfulness, self-compassion, IFS, and working with paradoxes in thought. Past clients have described my style as “compassionate, but not coddling.” I believe each person comes to therapy with their own innate wisdom, and I value collaboration and shared ownership in the healing process.

Hello! Thanks for pausing on my profile. I'm Mary, a therapist working in Private Practice. I contract with GROW Therapy and others, to meet with people virtually, throughout Wisconsin. I've been doing this for quite some time now, maybe 25 or so years. My husband and I have a 3 year old grandson that keeps us running! We get to take care of him two days a week. The rest of the time, I devote to hiking and fishing with my mate & dog, between talking with people like you, maybe looking for an ear and heart to listen and work through situational or emotional difficulties.
Often, I see many who are having trouble with anxiety, stress, ego-strength and unresolved relationship or family issues. Anxiety is so prevalent in our society now, it's epidemic. Relationships are nearly vital for our survival. I say nearly, as many of us suffer here so much, as well.
Conflict in relationships, families, friendships, can sometimes be brutal. We all have known people that let us down; people will abandon us; people sometimes die on us; the ideal is that we all have a trusted therapist, at one time or another, with which we can work things through. When you feel you're ready, I'd like to help.
Passionate and purpose-driven psychotherapist with extensive experience in both private practice and integrated care settings. I am committed to delivering accessible, high-quality mental health services, with a strong focus on serving underserved and rural communities. While I work with a broad range of clients, my specialties include couples therapy, trauma-informed care, and treatment of mood disorders. I bring empathy, evidence-based practice, and a collaborative approach to every therapeutic relationship.

I am deeply committed to walking alongside my clients as they explore and address the challenges they face. My approach is grounded in deep listening, providing thoughtful feedback, and helping you gain a clearer understanding of yourself and your experiences. I believe true change happens when we are able to confront and process difficult emotions, and I am here to support you every step of the way.
In my practice, I use effective therapeutic techniques like Brainspotting and Culturally Competent approaches to help you work through the root causes of emotional distress. These methods allow for deeper healing and lasting change, helping you move past obstacles and embrace personal growth. I also ensure that your cultural background is always respected and incorporated into our work, creating a safe space where you can feel understood and supported.
Having struggled to find a therapist who truly embodies these values, I am dedicated to providing an inclusive, affirming, and safe environment for all of my clients. My goal is to help you live more authentically and confidently, fostering a sense of empowerment as you navigate your unique journey toward healing.
I am a relational therapist who works to break cycles of conflict and create relationships that feel effective and fulfilling. I bring a fluid and responsive approach, meeting clients with empathy while challenging them to dig deeper, embrace accountability, and take meaningful steps toward growth.
In sessions, I help clients uncover patterns, identify blocks, self-illusion, and connect with the underlying emotions driving their struggles. I move beyond surface-level validation, guiding clients to reframe challenges and shift their perspectives. I believe in addressing what’s present and meaningful—not dwelling on blame or the past, but focusing on solutions that are effective and tailored to you.
My approach is direct yet compassionate. I help clients explore what their reactions and interactions reveal about their needs, offering tools to build insight and strengthen connection. While I encourage clients to lean into discomfort as part of the process, I also ensure they feel guided and empowered to face challenges.
Whether it’s improving communication, addressing conflict, or building trust, I guide clients to stop cycling through the same issues and start building the relationships they want. If you’re ready to move beyond feeling stuck, I’ll partner with you to create lasting change through honest, meaningful work.
