I am a licensed clinical social worker providing therapy for adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, attachment-focused approach, helping clients understand how past experiences shape emotional patterns and current relationships. Many of the people I work with are insightful and self-aware, but feel stuck repeating the same patterns in relationships or struggling to feel secure and confident in their daily lives. Together, we focus on building emotional awareness, strengthening coping skills, and creating healthier, more stable connections.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting a clear understanding of your concerns, your goals for therapy, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. I’ll ask some questions to get to know you and your experiences, and we’ll begin identifying patterns that may be contributing to what you’re feeling. By the end of the session, we’ll have a general plan for how to move forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths are my ability to create a warm, safe space while also being direct and goal-oriented. I help clients feel understood and supported, while gently guiding them to recognize patterns, build insight, and make meaningful changes in their lives. I strive to balance validation with practical tools so clients can both process their experiences and move forward with confidence.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals who are motivated for change and open to exploring their thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Many of my clients are insightful and self-aware but feel stuck in anxiety, relationship challenges, or recurring emotional patterns. They are looking to understand themselves better, improve their relationships, and feel more confident and grounded in their daily lives. Change is optimal when the individuals are ready for change.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I utilize DBT-informed strategies in my work to support individuals in building resilience and navigating challenging situations. While I do not adhere strictly to full DBT program fidelity, I integrate its core principles in a practical and accessible way. DBT offers a range of manageable tools that help individuals regulate emotions, tolerate distress, and respond more effectively to life’s stressors. Through this approach, clients can strengthen their capacity to cope, make intentional choices, and build a more stable and empowered sense of self.

Motivational Interviewing

I incorporate motivational interviewing techniques to support clients in exploring their own motivations for change in a collaborative and nonjudgmental way. This approach helps individuals resolve ambivalence, strengthen internal motivation, and build confidence in their ability to make meaningful changes. By meeting clients where they are and honoring their autonomy, motivational interviewing fosters a sense of empowerment and readiness for growth.

Attachment-based

I use an attachment-based approach to therapy to help clients understand how early relationships shape current patterns in connection, trust, and emotional regulation. By exploring these dynamics within a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship, clients can identify attachment wounds, build greater self-awareness, and develop more secure ways of relating to themselves and others. This work supports healing, strengthens emotional resilience, and fosters healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Brainspotting

I am currently training in Brainspotting for telehealth, with plans to offer this modality beginning in June 2026. Brainspotting is a powerful approach that supports re-centering, stabilization, and deeper processing of emotional experiences. It can be especially effective in treating anxiety by helping clients access and release stored stress in a focused and supportive way.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that impact emotions and behaviors. This approach focuses on building practical skills to reframe thinking, improve coping, and create meaningful, lasting change.
