New to Grow
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy should feel both practical and deeply human. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients are highly sensitive, neurodivergent, or have spent years taking care of everyone else while losing sight of themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma informed. I integrate evidence based approaches including CBT, somatic therapy, attachment based interventions, mindfulness, and parts work to help clients better understand themselves, heal old patterns, and create meaningful change. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself, explore your story with curiosity and compassion, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fulfilling.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so my goal is to make the first session feel comfortable and collaborative. We'll spend time getting to know each other, talking about what brings you to therapy, and exploring what you hope will be different in your life. I'll ask questions about your history, current challenges, relationships, strengths, and goals, but there is never any pressure to share more than you're ready for. I also believe therapy is about finding the right fit. The first session gives us both an opportunity to see if we feel comfortable working together and whether my approach aligns with what you're looking for. By the end of our session, we'll begin identifying goals and discuss what moving forward together could look like.
One of my greatest strengths is creating a space where people feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted. I balance compassion with honesty, helping clients explore difficult experiences while also gently challenging the patterns that may no longer be serving them. As someone who is neurodivergent, I understand that healing isn't one size fits all. I recognize the importance of honoring each person's unique nervous system, lived experiences, and way of moving through the world. My approach is flexible, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. I believe meaningful change happens when insight is paired with safety, connection, and practical tools. My goal is to help you not only understand why you struggle, but also develop the confidence and skills to create lasting change.
My ideal clients are adults who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. Many are navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. They may be highly sensitive, neurodivergent, or have spent years putting everyone else's needs before their own. They're looking for a therapist who is warm, genuine, and collaborative, where they can feel understood, explore their experiences without judgment, and build a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
Other specialties
I identify as
Trauma Informed Care
Trauma can impact the way we see ourselves, relate to others, and respond to the world around us. Together, we'll explore how past experiences may still be affecting your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and sense of safety. Using a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, we'll work toward understanding your story, building coping skills, and creating a stronger connection with yourself.
Attachment-based
Our early relationships shape how we see ourselves and connect with others. Together, we'll explore those patterns with curiosity and compassion so you can build healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, and a greater sense of security.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT helps us identify the thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck. We'll work together to challenge unhelpful patterns, develop new perspectives, and build practical tools you can use in everyday life.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Mindfulness helps you become more aware of your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations without judgment, allowing you to respond with greater intention instead of reacting automatically.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
You are the expert on your own life. I provide a warm, accepting environment where you can feel heard, respected, and supported as we work together toward the goals that matter most to you.
