I strive to create an alliance with my client, understand their history and be a good listener about their goals for therapy. Due to my years of experience, I can draw from a wide range of counseling approaches and life experiences.

I am very comfortable working with women and men age 18 and up, including senior age clients. I see clients on a wide range of issues including those listed as well as every day stressors such as work and relationships. Clients are generally quite comfortable talking with me as I keep the focus on them, their issues and goals yet I am down to earth and comfortable with them.
