I am a compassionate, client-centered therapist dedicated to helping adults navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, emotional balance, and resilience. I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can process difficult experiences, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and Christian counseling when desired, helping clients heal, grow, and move forward with confidence and purpose.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals navigate the lasting effects of childhood wounds, anxiety, and life's most challenging transitions. My work is rooted in the belief that true healing begins when people feel genuinely heard, respected, and safe enough to be vulnerable.
I bring a warm, direct, and collaborative presence to the therapeutic relationship. My approach blends evidence-based practices — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and self-compassion frameworks — with a deep respect for each client's cultural background, lived experience, and unique story. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I meet clients where they are and tailor my approach to what they actually need.
Much of my work centers on helping clients understand how early experiences — such as emotional neglect, conditional love, abandonment, and shame — continue to shape their thoughts, emotions, and relationships in adulthood. I also have a dedicated focus on men's mental health, providing a space where men can move beyond cultural expectations of silence and strength to reconnect with their emotional lives in meaningful ways.
My background includes working with individuals recovering from addiction and those rebuilding their lives after significant hardship. These experiences have deepened my belief in human resilience and the capacity for growth at any stage of life. In our work together, I aim to help you build self-awareness, develop practical emotional regulation skills, and cultivate a healthier relationship with yourself and others. My goal is not just symptom relief — it is lasting, meaningful change that reflects who you truly are and who you are becoming.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop effective coping skills, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. Whether you’re seeking support through a difficult transition or striving for personal growth, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Therapy can be a frightening, overwhelming process, yet one of the most rewarding and life changing experiences of your life. It allows you to be you, share your thoughts and feelings without judgement, feel safe, gain insight into your thought process, your behaviors, and learn to be in control of your overall experiences. Through your strengths and weaknesses, you will learn to embrace each and every experience, and you will gain the knowledge to make the changes you need to achieve your goals. You will find the power within you to bring fulfillment to your life journey.
I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience helping people, couples, and families grow, and learn what they need to have a more fulfilling life experience. I will listen to your life experience. I will listen to your challenges. I will work with you on reaching your goals or helping you identify your goals in order for you to feel successful in our therapeutic process.

Hi! I’m Jimmy Secoy, a Licensed Professional Counselor. My work is grounded in the belief that people aren’t meant to go through life’s hardest moments alone. Therapy, to me, is a place where you get to slow down, breathe, and be fully heard — without judgment and without pressure to “have it all together.”
Clients often describe me as accepting, approachable, and empathetic. I bring a calm presence to the room, but I’m also not afraid to gently challenge patterns that keep you stuck. My goal is to help you understand yourself more clearly and build the tools you need to move forward with confidence.
Hello there. My name is Joan I have been a social worker for over 25 years. Like you, I have had my own set of challenges and believe the key to overcoming life's obstacles is learning to plan and cope. I would be honored to assist you in your journey towards a happier healthier you.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, caregiver stress, low self-esteem, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or struggling to balance the needs of others with their own wellbeing.
I especially enjoy working with individuals who are ready to gain insight into how past experiences influence their current relationships, emotions, and sense of self. Whether you are struggling with difficult family dynamics, people-pleasing, boundary setting, self-confidence, chronic stress, or navigating a significant life change, therapy can provide the support and tools needed to create meaningful change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based approaches to help clients develop practical coping skills while also exploring the deeper patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel both supported and challenged as you work toward your goals.
My goal is to help clients build confidence, strengthen relationships, improve emotional wellbeing, and create lives that feel more aligned with their values. Together, we can work toward helping you feel more empowered, resilient, and capable of navigating life's challenges with greater clarity and self-trust.

Hi, I'm Dr. Joycelyn Anderson — but most people just call me Dr. J.
I've spent over 16 years walking alongside people through the moments that reshape who they are: a big move, a new role, a strained relationship, a season of just feeling stuck. I started my career in K-12 schools and eventually opened Evolution of Life Wellness and Counseling, PLLC, because I wanted to work with people across every stage of that journey—not just one chapter of it.
A few years ago, I relocated, and it taught me something I now bring into every session: change doesn't just rearrange your circumstances; it can quietly unsettle your sense of self. I know what it's like to feel like you're starting over, and I know that healing rarely happens in a straight line.
I bring a whole-person approach to our work together—your mind, your body, your relationships, your faith, if that matters to you, and your story all belong in the room. I'll never ask you to leave parts of yourself at the door. My style is warm but direct; I'll walk with you gently, and I'll also tell you the truth when it matters.
Outside of sessions, I'm someone who still believes in slow mornings and good conversation. I host a podcast called The Evolving Mosaic, where I talk about identity, belonging, and the beautiful, messy process of becoming.
If you're considering therapy, I know that first step can feel like a lot. I hope that by the time we meet, it already feels a little less like starting with a stranger and more like continuing a conversation.

Hi and welcome. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas. I earned my Masters in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University and have been in practice for about 8 years. I have worked in diverse settings with populations to include teens and adults. I prioritize the individual's needs, values, and goals. Utilizing evidence-based techniques and interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances can help facilitate growth, healing, and positive change.
Self-care is often a struggle when we consistently are juggling the daily challenges of life.
It can be hard to stop and prioritize your emotional health when it's not part of your routine.
I help individuals manage anxious feelings, depressed feelings, and life changes. Together we will address your challenges and navigate how to accomplish your goals. I want to create a safe space for you to
share your thoughts and plan for the life you desire.
It takes courage to acknowledge when you need help but you have started the process by coming this far.
Let me assist you along this journey to achieve the life you deserve!
Life can be hard; you don't have to navigate it alone. I believe in creating a nonjudgmental environment where all clients can feel safe. I am open to working with all individuals. My passion for helping others has been evident throughout the last 20 years of working with children and families. Through my experiences I have learned how to interact with a diverse group of people, which has increased my ability to relate to others. I am passionate about walking alongside clients as they navigate changes and growth. I would be honored in working together with you in creating a journey of joy, peace, and healing.
At 10:23 I understand the importance of cultivating resilience and fostering healthy relationships to achieve our best life. Therapy doesn’t work when clients feel talked down to, rushed, or misunderstood. Many teens and adults I work with have tried therapy before and felt it didn’t really fit.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas, I bring both clinical training and lived experience into the therapy room. This allows me to connect in a way that feels genuine, grounded, and practical—especially for teens and young adults who are skeptical of therapy or unsure where to start.

Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have five years experience with adults with co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse issues, anxiety, and depression as well as children with ADHD and Autism. I was a Special Education Counselor for two years and previously taught in a classroom for three years. I believe this gives me insight into the education system and struggles children face in the classroom as well as accommodations that can help make their school day more successful.
I have experience with a range of assessments for diagnosing ADHD and social skills for children.
I am a therapist who shows up with both professional expertise and lived experience. As a mom and wife, I understand firsthand how demanding, beautiful, overwhelming, and transformative life can be. I know what it feels like to juggle responsibilities, care for others, and still try to make space for yourself. That lived understanding shapes the way I support my clients. I don’t just teach coping skills — I honor the real‑life pressures that make those skills hard to practice. I meet people where they are, with compassion, clarity, and a belief that small, intentional shifts can create meaningful change.
Mindfulness is a core part of how I move through my own life, and it naturally influences my work. I believe mindfulness isn’t about perfection or long meditation sessions — it’s about learning to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in the middle of everyday moments. Whether it’s a busy morning, a stressful conversation, or a moment of self‑doubt, mindfulness helps us slow down enough to respond rather than react. It’s a powerful tool for grounding, emotional regulation, and building resilience, and I weave it into therapy in simple, practical ways that fit real life.
I work with teenagers navigating identity, self‑esteem, and life transitions; adults healing from trauma and unresolved emotional wounds; and individuals who feel overwhelmed by pressure, anxiety, or depression and struggle to find space for self‑care. My intention is always empowerment and transformation. I help clients understand their stories, break old patterns, strengthen their inner resources, and build lives that feel more grounded, meaningful, and aligned with who they truly are. I walk alongside them with warmth, curiosity, and a steady belief in their capacity to grow.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life’s challenges. My work is rooted in compassion, cultural understanding, and creating a space where clients feel safe, respected, and heard. I have experience working with diverse communities, including immigrant and Spanish-speaking populations, and I strive to provide care that is both culturally responsive and meaningful. I believe in meeting clients where they are, building on their strengths, and walking alongside them as they work toward healing, growth, and stability.
I hold both my undergraduate and master’s degrees in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin's School of Social Work. This educational foundation has equipped me with a strong understanding of social work theory, research, and practice. My professional experience has further deepened my commitment to providing evidence-based, compassionate care. I have engaged with individuals, families, and communities facing a range of challenges, such as mental health concerns, chronic illness, trauma, and life transitions. This hands-on experience allows me to tailor therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s unique needs.

Through a supportive and evidence-based approach, she helps clients build healthier coping skills, improve self-awareness, and work toward living a more fulfilled and balanced life emotionally, spiritually, socially, and relationally.
I believe that while I am an expert in mental, emotional, and behavioral health, Clients are the expert in knowing themselves, knowing how they feel and experiences things. Therefore, we will bring both our expertise together to ensure that each client feels supported, heard, and totally understood.
NOTE: Request any appointment 24/7 and I will work with you!
I love listening to people's stories. And we all have powerful stories shaping our lives. I began my career in social services as an educator and moved into mental health, feeling compelled to address larger systems of wellbeing. I have worked, volunteered and supported schools, universities, hospital systems, crisis centers, and non-profits. These professional and personal experiences have given me a broad scope of practice and intersected with different populations.
I was raised between the United States and Mexico and am fluent in Spanish and learning beginning Urdu/Hindi. I identify as a cisgender, straight Latina woman and a person of color with a soul for social justice and decolonizing mental health. I have a deep appreciation for native world views and Eastern spirituality, which will often find their way into my practice. I am also certified to teach yoga and facilitate the art of breathwork and meditation
Hello,
I was born and raised in Stockton, California. I enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps at the age of 17 and in 1997, after 25 yeas of service, I retired from the Marine Corps as a Master Sergeant. After retiring from the Marine Corps, I worked as a Farrier (Horseshoer), as well as a structural welder (Ironworker), as those were the most marketable skill that I had. I came to a point where old injuries came back to haunt me and I could no longer walk (several years later, thanks to a surgery through the VA, I can walk again; thankful for that).
At this point, I changed professions and out of a desire to work with veterans, I returned to school, accomplishing all that was necessary to become a licensed counselor. I spent another career working for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically as a counselor in the Readjustment Counseling Service (Vet Center). I recently retired from the Vet Center and now I work part-time here with Grow Therapy.
As a retired Marine senior staff Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) and disabled combat veteran myself, the Vet Center was the perfect job. Vet Centers provide readjustment counseling to combat veterans and provide counseling to survivors of military sexual trauma (MST). Vet Centers also provide group counseling, bereavement counseling and couples counseling when this is determined to be of support to the veteran.
Readjustment counseling many times consists of treating/addressing symptoms related to post-traumatic stress (PTSD), I.e., anxiety, depression, exaggerated startle response, hypervigilance, sleep disturbance, etc. Many veterans go on to work as first responders and working with many first responders as well as medical personal, has provided me with a great deal of additional experience.
👋 Hi there. I have been working with women in recovery from alcohol for the last 26 years. It is my passion to see people learn to love themselves through self discovery. I would love the opportunity and privilege to walk by your side as you walk toward goals of self discovery and healing.
I assist with discovery of self empowerment and help people to overcome anxiety and panic disorder, incorporating tools to live your best life now.
As a therapist, I show up with authenticity, compassion, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I am grounded in a social justice lens and committed to creating a space where clients, especially adults, veterans, and individuals navigating grief, depression, or racial identity challenges, feel seen, supported, and empowered. My work is centered on helping people reclaim their stories, build resilience, and move through life’s complexities with greater clarity and confidence.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a strong background in counseling, education, and advocacy. My experience includes counseling children, adolescents, and adults, as well as leading mental health initiatives in schools and communities. I provide individual, family, and group therapy. My approach is rooted in creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I work collaboratively with clients to help them uncover unhelpful patterns, explore their emotions, and build the skills needed to make lasting changes in their lives.
The impact of my work can be seen in the progress made by students overcoming behavioral challenges, parents finding relief from stress, and families strengthening their relationships. I am passionate about fostering personal growth, emotional well-being, and positive change, both in the counseling room and within the communities I serve.

Hi, I am so glad you are here! I am Megan and I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where people can feel heard, understood and empowered to work through life's challenges.

I'm glad you're here. My name is Angela Smith. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in North Texas. I have been in the mental health field since 2013. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I provide a judgement free, person-centered, solution focused approach. I understand how hard it can be to start counseling and open up to someone. I will be here with you while you make yourself a priority and move through this season of life with help.
Hi there, I'm Parag.
You were not put here on this earth to suffer. You deserve to live your life with happiness and peace of mind. Mental illness and addiction can rob anyone of these precious gifts. When you turn to family and friends for support, often they don't know what to say or how to help. You can end up feeling very alone in the world.
No one wants to develop mental illness or addictions. You didn't do anything wrong. Feeling emotionally numb, mentally overwhelmed, or having thoughts like "I just don't want to be on this earth anymore" are not things that people willingly choose for themselves. They are illnesses. We often get sick through no fault of our own. Just like some people get diabetes or heart disease, some people get mental illness.
Working over five years in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, I have helped patients overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, phobias, relationship problems, and self-esteem issues. My approach is to get to know you as a person and work on addressing what is really going on with your mind and your life right now.
I know getting therapy can be scary, but I will do everything I can to help you feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. Give yourself a chance to have peace of mind again.

It's important for therapists to be, first and foremost, real human beings in relation to clients. I know how to be a therapist. You know how to be you. I try to bring understanding and, when appropriate, humor into my work with people. Therapy is where you can try on different parts of yourself in a non-judgemental environment. What happens in session can reflect what you experience in your everday life. This provides you with perspective to live a more fufilling life. I work remotely, but find that this is not a barrier to real connection.
Hello, I'm M.L.
I believe as humans we all want something similar, to feel normal. We want, desire, and try our best to feel like everyone else. Yet, simultaneously we desire to be unique, special, and individualistic. I believe it is necessary to think of humans as puzzle pieces in order to fulfill both. While the pieces share the same geographical space as well as have the same manufacturer, they are unique and serve varying purposes. Do you belong at the top but are content being a side piece? Are you on the bottom when you were meant to be at the center of it all? Let's collaborate and find out where you belong. You may discover the only thing wrong was where you (as a puzzle piece) tried to fit in.
In therapy, I collaborate with the expert on the client (you), identify obstacles, and come up with strategies for working toward your goals. I do this by first remaining curious about you as a client as well as your perspective of the issue. I serve to remind clients that everything in life does not have to feel good in order to end with good results.
You can't fix something that you don’t see. In a world of selfies no one is willing to look at any angle that doesn’t compliment their cuteness. What if you could see your truest self? The natural, emotional, relational, and spiritual you through a 3-way full body mirror. Imagine what would be possible. Good therapy, is a mirror into your soul.
