Hey, I'm Hailey. My approach to therapy is personable and down-to-earth. We can cuss, laugh, yell, or cry in session. Through my experience in inpatient, private practice, and shelters, I have learned that the most significant change occurs with learning concepts alongside practical application. Talking and processing are important, because it helps to identify patterns and recurring themes that are causing ongoing suffering; however, we need to also be able to sustain change by applying new ways of thinking and new skills.

Hello, my name is Tabitha Cantu, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I’m a Hispanic therapist born and raised in the desert, surrounded by mountains that have always felt like home. At heart, though, I’m also a beach lover who finds peace by the ocean. I am licensed in Texas, New Mexico, and Florida and have lived and worked in each of these states. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting communities from diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences. My own Hispanic heritage has greatly shaped both who I am and the way I approach therapy. It has also inspired my private practice’s focus on cultural identity, life transitions, and the unique experiences that women and teen girls often navigate. Our cultural identity and the environments we grow up in have a profound impact on who we become. Family expectations, cultural values, generational beliefs, school pressures, and societal messages can all influence how women and teen girls view themselves, their relationships, and their sense of worth. In our work together, I honor your background and lived experiences while helping you explore what feels authentic to you. My goal is not to change who you are, but to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to the version of yourself that exists beneath the pressure, expectations, and roles you’ve been taught to fulfill.

Feeling overwhelmed by day-to-day life is something many people experience, and counseling can provide a supportive space to work through those challenges. My goal is to offer a nonjudgmental, empathetic environment where we can identify your goals, work toward them together, and regularly evaluate your progress. I especially enjoy working with individuals living with chronic illnesses, as well as partners, family members, and caregivers who may also need support but often hesitate to ask for help. I also work with people who have been falsely accused and may be navigating stress, uncertainty, isolation, or difficult emotions that can feel overwhelming to manage alone.

I'm Jessica, a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) with over 17 years of experience helping high-achieving women, leaders, and professionals manage anxiety that often goes unseen by the people around them. My clients are usually the ones everyone else relies on: the dependable colleague, the steady parent, the person who always has it handled while privately running on overdrive, rarely permitting themselves to slow down. I specialize in working with high-performing women and leaders whose anxiety shows up as constant overthinking, perfectionism, difficulty switching off at the end of the day, or an underlying fear of dropping the ball. Sometimes it looks like racing thoughts before a big meeting or presentation. Sometimes it's the tension that follows you home from work and doesn't ease up, even on weekends. And sometimes it's simply the quiet exhaustion of always being "on" for your team, your family, and everyone who counts on you. Together, we'll work to understand your specific anxiety patterns, what triggers them, how they show up in your body and your thinking, and what's actually maintaining them so we can shift them at the root, rather than just managing symptoms week to week. My style is warm, direct, and practical. I'm not interested in therapy that circles a problem for months without traction. I want you to leave each session with concrete language and tools you can use immediately, whether that's in a high-stakes meeting, a difficult conversation, or simply trying to fall asleep with a quieter mind. I offer sessions in both English and Spanish, and I bring the same standards I hold for my own life: discipline, clarity, and follow-through into how I show up for my clients.

Trauma hurts. It can be sudden, life-altering and overwhelming, or chronic, subtle and nearly unnoticeable, but either way it can change the way we think about others, the world, and unfortunately, ourselves. Dealing with the aftermath—changes in our relationships, lashing out toward self or others, feeling nothing and/or everything all at once—is sometimes as hard as the initial event, especially when society, friends and family and our own minds tell us to “just get over it.” Worse, sometimes we aren’t even sure where the trauma came from in the first place, leaving us confused and even feeling hopeless. If you could just “get over it,” you would, but sometimes the brain simply cannot process traumatic events without help, and this is why trauma therapy exists. :) I'm an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) in Texas. I've been in practice for nearly 15 years and have been doing EMDR therapy for 13 of those. I specialize in helping teens and adults process trauma of all kinds. My goal is to help my clients gain the skills needed to process and adapt to traumatic memories, and then allow them to do so in a safe environment. I teach them how to build boundaries and follow through, and to treat themselves with self-compassion rather than judgment and harsh expectations. Trauma doesn’t have to ruin (or run) your life. If you’re hurting, please know I’d be happy to help in any way I can.

I believe that compassion and self-love are powerful tools that allow us to overcome life’s challenges and mental health struggles. By fostering a nonjudgmental and understanding environment, we can acknowledge that perfection is not the goal—growth is. Each person is unique, processing experiences in their own way and at their own pace. Through patience, collaboration, and consistency, we can achieve meaningful goals and build resilience together. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my purpose is to help others just as I was once helped. My personal journey—marked by life experiences, challenges, and both right and wrong choices—has guided me toward the most rewarding profession: supporting others in their healing. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your healing journey and to help you discover your strength, resilience, and potential for growth.

I have extensive experience helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, trauma and abuse, self-esteem concerns, addiction, anger management, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and other mental health challenges. My priority is creating a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported. I approach therapy with empathy, authenticity, cultural humility, and respect for the unique experiences each person brings into the therapeutic relationship. I believe you are the expert on your lived experience. My role is to provide clinical knowledge, support, perspective, and therapeutic tools that can help you better understand yourself and work toward meaningful change. Since the days of pigtails, I’ve been pulled by this strong force to access wisdom and connect with something higher than this tangible world. This gnawing passion has led me to study the power of the mind and how to create what our souls truly desire. I’ve been blessed to study ancient technologies such as yoga and breathwork and am so passionate about sharing simple tools to effect real change. I was trained in counseling at University of North Texas, receiving my Masters in Education. My favorite courses were transpersonal counseling and stress reduction through movement. I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas and have currently been practicing for 7 years. I’m also a certified yoga teacher and trained at the Shri Kali ashram in India. The types of yoga I teach focus on activating the parasympathetic nervous system to release the whole self from the ever vigilant fight or flight mode a lot of us find ourselves in on a constant basis to survive in this modern culture. In the therapy session, my main intent is to be fully present with you, free of judgment; to Become a spacious environment in which you can explore your own truth and start to shed the layers that no longer serve.
