New to Grow
Welcome to Pathway to Healing Counseling Services. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping adolescents and adults find greater peace, healing, and fulfillment. I believe that healing is a journey, and I strive to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore challenges, identify strengths, and create meaningful change. I have experience helping individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship concerns, divorce, life transitions, family planning and difficulties with negative thought patterns. Using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and a person-centered approach, I work collaboratively with clients to develop healthy coping skills, build resilience, and create a pathway toward healing, happiness, and lasting emotional wellness.
During our first session, my goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your concerns and goals. We will spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brings you to therapy, including any current challenges, symptoms, life stressors, or past experiences that may be impacting your well-being. I will ask questions about your emotional, mental, and physical health, as well as your relationships, family history, and strengths, to gain a better understanding of your unique needs. Together, we will identify your goals for therapy and begin developing a personalized treatment plan tailored to your concerns and desired outcomes. You can expect our first session to be collaborative and conversational—there is no pressure to share everything at once. My priority is to ensure that you feel heard, respected, and supported. By the end of our session, you will have a clearer understanding of how we will work together and begin taking meaningful steps toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
