I believe everyone has the ability to grow, heal, and create lasting change. As a licensed professional counselor, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your challenges and discover your strengths. My approach is collaborative and empowering. I draw from person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused therapies to help you reduce stress, ease anxiety, and navigate life’s transitions with confidence. Many of the clients I work with are seeking healthier boundaries, relief from overwhelm, or more balance in their relationships and careers.
In our first session, we’ll start with a simple introduction and then talk about what’s been bringing you in, focusing on whatever feels most important to you right now. There’s no pressure to share everything at once; we’ll go at your pace. The goal is to understand where you are and begin creating a plan that truly fits your needs and goals.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients in noticing and changing unhelpful thought patterns that may be causing stress, anxiety, or low mood. Together, we look at how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect, and I’ll guide you in learning new coping tools that can make life feel more manageable. CBT is very practical and focused on your goals, it gives you concrete skills you can practice both in and outside of our sessions. The aim is to help you feel more in control and confident in handling life’s challenges.

In my practice, I use Solution Focused Brief Therapy to help clients recognize their strengths and past successes as tools for moving forward. Together, we focus on what’s already working well and clarify your vision for the future. From there, we create clear, achievable goals and practical steps that support lasting, positive change.
