Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas. I received my Masters and Doctorate from the University of North Texas and have been working with clients for 10 years. I help people experiencing a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, and ADHD symptoms. I am also passionate about helping those struggling with fertility, as well as those struggling in the pre and postpartum periods.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, my main goal is to start to understand why you've decided to seek therapy and to begin to establish some safety and comfort. We will probably talk about what brought you to therapy and any relevant background information that you think I should know to best understand you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with clients experiencing a huge range of issues for a decade, I understand that there is not a one-size-fits all approach to "fixing" anyone's problems. I work collaboratively with each person to understand their unique needs and their unique way of being so that we can figure out what specific tools or methods might be most helpful for them.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I value being able to provide additional support for those who are going through a tough period or season in life.
