I love listening to people's stories. And we all have powerful stories shaping our lives. I began my career in social services as an educator and moved into mental health, feeling compelled to address larger systems of wellbeing. I have worked, volunteered and supported schools, universities, hospital systems, crisis centers, and non-profits. These professional and personal experiences have given me a broad scope of practice and intersected with different populations.
I was raised between the United States and Mexico and am fluent in Spanish and learning beginning Urdu/Hindi. I identify as a cisgender, straight Latina woman and a person of color with a soul for social justice and decolonizing mental health. I have a deep appreciation for native world views and Eastern spirituality, which will often find their way into my practice. I am also certified to teach yoga and facilitate the art of breathwork and meditation

My background has given me the opportunity to work with people from diverse walks of life, supporting them through personal growth, life transitions, stress, relationship concerns, and emotional well-being.
I am passionate about helping clients better understand themselves and the patterns that shape their relationships and experiences. My work is grounded in a systems perspective, recognizing that individuals are deeply influenced by their family dynamics, cultural backgrounds, communities, and life experiences. I also incorporate an attachment-based approach, helping clients explore how early relationships and attachment patterns may impact the way they connect with others, respond to challenges, and view themselves.
I believe that everyone deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered. My goal is to help clients identify their strengths, gain insight into recurring patterns, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and those around them.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to meet each person where they are, honoring their unique experiences, values, and goals. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they cultivate stronger connections, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
At 10:23 I understand the importance of cultivating resilience and fostering healthy relationships to achieve our best life. Therapy doesn’t work when clients feel talked down to, rushed, or misunderstood. Many teens and adults I work with have tried therapy before and felt it didn’t really fit.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas, I bring both clinical training and lived experience into the therapy room. This allows me to connect in a way that feels genuine, grounded, and practical—especially for teens and young adults who are skeptical of therapy or unsure where to start.

That puts you in control, you have the ability to change the way you think, and when you change the way you think, you change your life.

Hi there, I'm Parag.
You were not put here on this earth to suffer. You deserve to live your life with happiness and peace of mind. Mental illness and addiction can rob anyone of these precious gifts. When you turn to family and friends for support, often they don't know what to say or how to help. You can end up feeling very alone in the world.
No one wants to develop mental illness or addictions. You didn't do anything wrong. Feeling emotionally numb, mentally overwhelmed, or having thoughts like "I just don't want to be on this earth anymore" are not things that people willingly choose for themselves. They are illnesses. We often get sick through no fault of our own. Just like some people get diabetes or heart disease, some people get mental illness.
Working over five years in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, I have helped patients overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, phobias, relationship problems, and self-esteem issues. My approach is to get to know you as a person and work on addressing what is really going on with your mind and your life right now.
I know getting therapy can be scary, but I will do everything I can to help you feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. Give yourself a chance to have peace of mind again.

You know your life better than anyone, and my role is to walk alongside you, bringing tools, perspective, and genuine support as we work through whatever you're facing. I don't see myself as the expert in the room — you are.

Whether you are healing from past trauma, working to strengthen your relationship, or striving to find balance amid stress and uncertainty, I will meet you where you are with empathy and respect.
Clients who work with me often describe feeling more empowered, confident, and grounded with an improved ability to manage emotions, communicate effectively, and live with greater intention. My goal is to help you move toward a more meaningful, fulfilling life where you can thrive rather than cope.
Are you stuck in an endless loop in your life and feel there is no way out? Your self-esteem is shot, dealing with insecurities, and anxious about what to do next in your life. You turn to drinking, overeating, the internet, or binge watch Netflix to escape the internal and external stressors. You have tried so many different things to change your life, but nothing seems to work. You believe you are not enough and are afraid to ask for help.
I am here to help you. I believe therapy can change people's lives because therapy changed my life 30 years ago. I started working in the field of therapy 20 years ago as a Social Worker in Substance Use. I continued my work as a LPC working in a treatment center for drugs and alcohol doing therapy on the people who had addictions and the people that love someone with an addiction. Over the last 15 years I have gained experience in all the issues and Diagnosis that come with this population. I help people overcome addictions, co-dependency, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and trauma.
