New to Grow
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Army veteran, I bring both professional and lived experience into my work, particularly when supporting veterans, helping professionals, caregivers, and individuals adjusting to major life changes. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can process what they are experiencing, gain insight, and move toward balance and fulfillment.
In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy. Together, we work on identifying patterns, processing difficult emotions or experiences, improving emotional regulation, strengthening communication and boundaries, and developing realistic tools for long-term growth and healing. Treatment is tailored to each client's individual needs and goals. Clients can expect a collaborative approach to gaining insight, improving confidence, building resilience, and feeling more equipped to navigate life with greater balance and emotional clarity.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care.
My ideal clients are young adults, veterans, particularly African American veterans and women veterans, who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, self-worth, or finding their place after military service. Many of my clients are balancing work, school, family responsibilities, and personal growth while trying to heal from difficult experiences. Together, we work to identify strengths, build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and create a path toward greater stability, confidence, and fulfillment.
