I am a licensed therapist in Texas with many years of experience supporting individuals through challenges such as stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, low motivation, self-esteem and confidence concerns, and career difficulties. My goal is to create a collaborative and compassionate space where we can explore what’s not working and work together to restore balance in your life. I take a whole-person approach, addressing the needs of the mind, body, and spirit. By integrating mindfulness, coping strategies, and self-awareness, I help clients build a stronger, more trusting relationship with themselves. Whether you’re navigating feelings of overwhelm, relationship challenges, or ongoing cycles of anxiety and depression, I’m here to walk alongside you. I understand that seeking therapy can feel intimidating, and taking this step is a powerful act of courage and self-care. You deserve a safe and supportive space to heal and grow. In our sessions, I will meet you with empathy, respect, and evidence-based techniques to help you move beyond the barriers and patterns that may be holding you back. I look forward to working together and supporting you on your journey toward healing, growth, and lasting change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Starting therapy can feel both exciting and a little nerve-wracking—and that’s completely normal. Our first session is focused on getting to know you and creating a comfortable, safe space where you can begin sharing your story at your own pace. We’ll start by talking about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. I may ask some questions to better understand your background, experiences, and the challenges you’re currently facing. There is no pressure to share everything right away—we will move at a pace that feels comfortable and respectful for you. This first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, learn more about my approach, and discuss what therapy might look like moving forward. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and outlining a plan that is tailored to your unique needs. My priority is to ensure that you feel heard, respected, and supported from the very beginning. Therapy is a collaborative process, and you will not be alone in this journey. From our first meeting, my role is to walk alongside you as you work toward balance, healing, and personal growth. You’ve already taken a brave and meaningful step by reaching out. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on this path.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

Taking the first step to sign up for rherapy can take courage. I am here to help you, listen to you and guide you to become the best version of yourself.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths lie in helping individuals navigate stress and anxiety, process and heal from trauma and abuse, and rebuild motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I bring a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach that helps clients feel safe as they explore difficult emotions and experiences. I specialize in supporting individuals through periods of uncertainty and self-doubt, guiding them to uncover their inner resilience and reconnect with a sense of purpose. Whether clients are facing overwhelming stress, emotional wounds from the past, or career-related challenges that impact confidence and direction, I work collaboratively to identify strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and foster meaningful, lasting change. Through empathy, mindfulness, and evidence-based interventions, I strive to empower each client to regain balance, confidence, and hope—one step at a time.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who is ready to make positive changes in their life, even if they’re not yet sure where to begin. They may feel overwhelmed by stress and anxiety, be working to heal from past trauma or abuse, or struggle with motivation, confidence, or self-esteem. Many of the individuals I work with are people who give so much of themselves to others, often placing their own needs last, and are now ready to focus on their own healing and personal growth. I especially enjoy working with individuals navigating life transitions, career challenges, and concerns related to self-esteem or identity. My ideal client values a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic environment where emotions can be explored without judgment and practical tools can be learned to build balance, resilience, and self-compassion. If you’re feeling stuck, uncertain, or disconnected, know that change is possible. Together, we will work toward greater clarity, confidence, and peace of mind—helping you reconnect with your strengths and rediscover a sense of purpose and direction.
