I work with individuals (ages 10 and up) and couples to explore what’s not working, uncover inner strengths, and develop practical tools for real, lasting change.
Clients often share that they feel at ease in our sessions—that therapy feels low-stress, grounded, and collaborative. My goal is to create a space where you can speak freely, feel safe, and do meaningful work toward your personal goals.
My approach is warm, direct, and personalized. I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, The Gottman Method for couples, and Strengths-Based techniques. Whether we're tackling anxiety, improving communication, or building resilience, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you.
