With experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I offer a compassionate and individualized approach to therapy. I’m trained in ACT, DBT, CBT, EMDR, and trauma informed therapy. I truly believe in meeting my clients where they are, while also gently challenging them to grow. I’m deeply committed to being open-minded and accepting of all individuals, and I believe that a little humor makes the process human and meaningful. In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session will allow the client and therapist to get to know each other, identify current goals for therapy, and gain a mutual understanding of what the process will involve.

I am able to create a safe space where clients feel at ease and can be themselves. I am flexible and intuitive, guiding the client in a healthy direction. I meet the client where they are and journey with them to healing.

My dream client could look like many things. They would be adults committed to the therapy process, and ready to make changes for the better. I would like to work with diverse group of clients that are interested in healing from trauma, gaining self-awareness/self-confidence, gaining new coping skills, and gaining more peace and understanding in general.
