Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health Service Provider in the state of Tennessee. I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I help adolescents and adults through some of life's most challenging circumstances and give them the space they need to process such events and experiences. I want to assist you through your past and current adversities.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, I want to learn more about you! I will ask you questions about yourself, and I want you to feel that you can ask me questions too! I like to focus on what brought you here so that I can develop an effective plan for you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I like to identify the root causes of your challenges and then create a tailored plan for you to see progress. I like to be gentle, yet direct and honest. I like to create a good alliance with you, as I believe it is the basis of effective treatment.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I like to work with adolescents and adults who are experiencing various challenges in life, such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, OCD, adjustments, and many more. I enjoy working with individuals who are motivated to change, but may not have the tools yet to make such changes.
