About me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who helps individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. I have been practicing for 15 years, 10 of which have been within my private practice. Having been married 20 years with 7 children, I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to create a safe, supportive, and understanding space for meaningful growth and healing in relationships.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, your story, and what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask about your goals, concerns, and background so I can better understand your needs. Together, we’ll begin creating a safe, supportive plan tailored to you, setting the foundation for growth, healing, and meaningful change.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths lie in creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, EMDR, and solution-focused therapy, while also specializing in couples therapy approaches. My ability to connect with clients, share relatable experiences, and offer practical tools helps them build resilience, gain clarity, and create lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have experience with teens through adulthood, individuals and couples. Navigating issues including anxiety, depression, betrayal and reconciliation, trauma, parenting, and self-worth, among others. I am committed to empowering my clients with the tools, training, and knowledge they need to increase their wellbeing and satisfaction with self, others, and life.
