Dealing with stress is something that everyone experiences, regardless of age or life stage. It can become overwhelming in various situations, such as: - Being a teenager battling self-esteem issues - Being a young adult trying to find your identity - Being a parent trying to find a balance between family and work life - Struggling in a relationship because of past trauma - Trying to move forward but grief is controlling you Neglecting your mental health can lead to not just a lackluster life, but a miserable one. I can address any concerns you have through therapy. My goal is to help you navigate your emotions instead of telling you what to do about them so that you can find peace and happiness for yourself. That could look like: - Waking up without dreading what your day entails. - Facing the world with confidence. - Having the courage to say no. - Setting healthy boundaries. - Celebrating life instead of fearing the inevitable.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

It is best for me to get to know you and find out what you desire to get out of therapy, during your first session. Typically, this will take up your first session, but it may lead into your second session as well. It is ok if you feel you need more time before building your coping skill tool box or processing your emotions/thoughts.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have worked with diverse populations and diagnoses over my 7 years as a clinician. I am confident that I can help you feel like a healthier you. Helping others is my passion so I will be dedicated to reach your goals for therapy.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

When helping my clients, I use a blend of modalities that suit their needs. I can address your mental health symptoms or concerns by helping you look at issues with a new perspective with CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy). I could also help you process emotions with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) therapy if talking about your concerns is not improving your mental health. If you want to work out a problem you're struggling with, solution-focused therapy may be for you.
