Welcome! I'm Amy, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have an advanced certification in clinical trauma studies and a certification in compassion fatigue. It’s my belief that therapy is a mirror by which we get to see ourselves from a different perspective. My focus is creating a safe environment by which to create a trusted therapeutic relationship that can flourish. I use a personalized and eclectic approach with empathy, kindness and respect. All communities are accepted, honored and welcomed: AAPI, BIPOC, ENM, LGBTQI, and more.
Hello. I am a licenced clinical social worker who loves life and working with others. I have had my struggles in life, and after seeking and recieving help, I fell in love with the idea of making a difference by challenging and supporting people in the therapeutic process. I specialize in Drug and alcohol treatment, mental health, trauma, and utilizing a strengths perspective.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, with 18+ years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked with individuals of all ages, ranging from very young children to older adults. I have experience in group, family, couples, and individual therapy. I've worked in D&A and trauma as well. My wide variety of experience has allowed me to gain knowledge and insight, which has been helpful in assisting others with their concerns.
Hi, I am honored you are taking time out of your busy day to consider me as your therapist. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania and Kentucky. I received my Masters in Social Work from Marywood University and have been practicing for 20+ years.
I assist individuals like you — thoughtful, resilient, and ready to face the hard things, even when they feel confusing or uncertain - through empathy, compassion, and challenge.
Welcome! My name is Renee Cavalier. I have been in practice for 20 years; 15 in private practice. In addition, I have experience in community mental health, behavioral health rehabilitative services (restructured as IBHS), and university/research settings. I am also a licensed attorney; however, my sole focus is on psychotherapy. I genuinely enjoy the practice of psychotherapy, and I have great respect for the clients I serve and the process in which they engage. I look forward to meeting with you!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 45 years of experience. I am certified as a trainer in Youth Mental Health First Aid. Most of my work has been in outpatient treatment but I also worked in various settings which include residential treatment, child protective services and school social work. Working in a variety of settings with multi-disciplines has led me to appreciate that there are many facets that make us who we are. I see my role as a therapist is to help bring all these aspects together yet keep what we value at the forefront. My favorite inspiration lies in the saying, "People will forget what you say but they will never forget how you made them feel". I aspire to help you feel validated while you navigate life's challenges. One of my greatest professional accomplishments has been to start an Aevidum Club at a school which aims to reduce the stigma of mental health. I believe that partnering in a no judgement zone is key to fostering trust.
When not doing therapy, I love spending time with my husband, two daughters and our dog. Cooking, planting flowers and going to our annual beach trip are some of my favorite stress relievers. I am here to partner with you on your journey of change and reflection.
I can help you navigate through change: job loss, grief, family estrangement, divorce/breakup, gender exploration, working on anxious attachment or people-pleasing. Together, we can work to integrate trauma, depression, anxiety and other symptoms into a life that feels worthwhile, however you define that. There's definitely more than one path for healing, and what can look like stability to some can be uncomfortably stifling to others. I will utilize a combination of narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, DBT/CBT skills (very optional!), feminist therapy and insight-oriented therapy to help you find your way forward.
My biggest rule in therapy is "no trauma shaming." That is, if you are sharing your trauma and include a qualifier such as "other people have it worse," I will remind you that your trauma is valid! Surviving trauma is difficult enough; shame is a log lying on the train tracks. We can move it, and move forward, with the correct equipment.

I am a Pennsylvania-licensed psychologist with 23 years of counseling experience with adults of all ages, from late-adolescence and across the lifespan.

Currently, I am only seeing clients through telehealth, but I am hoping this does not dissuade you. Telehealth may sound impersonal, but in reality, it can be a very convenient, safe and secure way to communicate issues, and I have yet to have any difficulties establishing strong relationships through this medium.

I blend evidence-based practices such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness into sessions in a practical and approachable way. My goal is to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions, build coping skills, and feel a little lighter as you move through day-to-day life.

Hi, I’m Julie — I’m glad you’re here.
Anxiety and depression touch so many of our lives in ways that can feel overwhelming: spiraling thoughts that won’t quiet down, a racing heartbeat, sleepless nights, or pulling away in social situations. These struggles don’t just affect our inner world — they can also add stress and strain to our relationships with coworkers, friends, and family.
In therapy, I help people untangle these patterns so they can feel more present, connected, and grounded. When our minds are constantly caught up in the past or worried about the future, it’s hard to truly experience life as it’s happening. Together, we’ll work on practical tools and deeper understanding so you can find more peace, balance, and fulfillment in your day-to-day life.
Hello! I am Theresa, a Generation X Clinical Social Worker who has been in the field for 25+ years. I am here to offer support for the hardworking folks out there who don't get a lot of time to take care of themselves. Have you thought about getting support from a therapist but aren't sure how to start? Reach out to me and I can help make the process more comfortable.
So many of us are struggling, trying to manage everything on our own. Do you feel overwhelmed or exhausted, do you worry all the time and can't get your brain to slow down and be quiet? I totally get it. Please know that there's nothing wrong with you! We are human and all go through things. It's normal to go through hard times and it's OK to get support. Asking for help isn't weak. And therapy really can help-- it may not be able to solve things going on in the world that are out of our control, but it can help us manage the tough stuff and move towards easier, happier times.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps individuals break free from anxiety, trauma, identity confusion, and patterns that keep them stuck. I combine solid clinical psychotherapy with biblical wisdom to support clients who want faith-integrated counseling.
For those who prefer standard therapy, I also offer evidence-based treatment without religious content. Whether you’re seeking Christian counseling or traditional therapy, I’m here to walk with you toward clarity, healing, and restored identity.

Sudden life changes such as the loss of a loved one, the death of a pet, or diagnosis with a chronic or debilitating disease, are hard to handle. Being a caregiver for a loved one who has a chronic or terminal illness can be a rewarding and fulfilling experience; but it also comes with stresses that can be hard for friends and family to understand. Being a person who needs help to manage day to day activities of living can also be difficult, even if the help is appreciated. Illness, loss of mobility, reduced independence, physical and emotional pain can change your relationship with others and with yourself. Even positive life transitions such as retirement, promotions, or reprioritizing your work/life balance to focus on what matters, can be stressful. Whatever changes you are going through can impact your ability to find meaning, a sense of purpose, or hope in your life. Whether you have always struggled with feelings of depression and anxiety, or they have come as a result of these changes in your life, I believe therapy can help.
I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2004, and am currently offering individual therapy via telehealth for clients in Pennsylvania. I have lived experience with chronic illness, disability, and remote caregiving. I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community and a survivor of suicide. I bring all of this professional and personal experience to my practice.

As a former CPA who has found her true self as a therapist and coach, I understand the unsettling feelings that persist in alerting you that something in your life is off and needs attention.
