Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Pennsylvania and I have been working as a therapist for 18 years now. I work with all ages, but primarily adolescents and older when using a telehealth platform. I work with those with mental health diagnoses, substance use/dependence disorders, as well as dual diagnosis. I help people explore challenges in their lives and learn how to cope in a healthy manner while learning how to love every piece of who they are.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session together will be focused on getting to know who you are and what brought you into treatment, as well as what you would like to work on changing. I would love for you to share any past experiences you have had with therapy and what you liked and/or didn't like.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I pride myself on being laid back, non-judgmental, and empathetic. Those I've worked with have described me as "real" and have commented on how my ability to connect helps them feel comfortable opening up and sharing even their most vulnerable thoughts and feelings. Unconditional positive regard is absolutely essential to build the therapeutic alliance!
