Hi, I’m Cate Dagilas—a therapist, deep listener, dog lover, and firm believer that healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. My practice is rooted in compassion, humor, and the radical idea that you’re allowed to put yourself first without feeling guilty about it. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, relationship struggles, postpartum life, work/life balance, and the messy magic of figuring out who they are when they stop living for everyone else. Whether you're going through a major life shift or struggling to say "no" without a 4-paragraph explanation, you're in the right place.
We’ll start with introductions, and I would like to get to know the basics about why you are seeking therapy. I also like to talk about previous therapy history (if any) and what qualities you prefer in a new therapist. I really want you to feel like you're benefiting from treatment!
I’m empathetic and a heck of a good listener! I love to provide feedback, provided that is what the client wants. I enjoy listening to others’ stories and finding different ways to help people achieve their goals.
