👋 Hi, I’m Jen — a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Music Therapist. I work with children, teens and adults who are dealing with anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, eating disorders, or just that nagging feeling that life shouldn’t feel this hard. My sessions are relaxed, collaborative, and human. You won’t find therapy jargon or long awkward silences here (unless you need a second to think... then we’ll embrace it).
My approach blends evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and music therapy. Sometimes that means diving into tough conversations, sometimes it means finding small ways to breathe again. I meet you where you are and help you get unstuck: one honest, real moment at a time.
Before private practice, I worked at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia providing individual and group therapy for adolescents with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma. I also supported patients and families on the Oncology, Behavioral Health, PICU, and NICU units, and those navigating grief and loss. Those experiences taught me that healing rarely looks perfect, and that progress often starts with showing up, even when you don’t feel ready.
My goal is simple: to help you make sense of what’s going on and find a little more ease in the middle of it all. Whether you’re ready to talk, vent, process, or just exist in the moment — I’ve got you.

Hi, I'm Amber (she/her)! I have over 15 years of experience supporting individuals facing substance use and mental health challenges. Combining my professional knowledge with lived experience, I strive to create a therapeutic space that is compassionate, relatable, and free from judgement. I believe that the greatest beauty in a person lies in their true, authentic self. As a therapist, I am committed to cultivating an environment that nurtures and encourages authenticity. There is no such thing as a perfect problem. I view therapy as a process of self-exploration and personal growth. I do not believe that individuals are broken, and therefore, I reject the notion that therapy is about “fixing” people. I am committed to supporting individuals and families in addressing the impact of substance use and mental health, and navigating the complexities of recovery, and developing healthy boundaries that promote long term well being.
I have been working in the field of counseling since 2007. Specialties include: Teenagers and young adults with anxiety, depression, borderline personalities, and LGBTQ+. I enjoy the teenage population because they are the most overlooked. I received my LPC license in 2020 after working in the field for 13 years. I have worked in the field of drug and alcohol, private practice, school settings doing wrap-around, and inpatient settings. In my downtime, I enjoy coaching soccer and reffing, along with many other sports, with my 7 kids and 2 grandbabies.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience supporting both individuals and couples through a wide range of challenges. I am also certified in anger management treatment and have worked extensively with adults and adolescents in both individual and group settings.
My clinical background includes helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, alcoholism, and substance use concerns. I also have a strong passion for helping people who feel overwhelmed by burnout, struggle with boundaries, or find themselves in moments of major life transition—whether that’s a career change, a shift in a relationship, or a season of personal growth.
My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by a lifelong curiosity about people—their inner worlds, their relationships, and their capacity for growth. Before entering the field, I found myself drawn again and again to conversations that went beneath the surface. During my training, I was especially moved by work with individuals navigating complex relational histories, identity questions, and emotional overwhelm. I saw how transformative it could be to have someone really listen—to not just problem-solve, but to bear witness with care. That experience deepened my commitment to relational and psychodynamic therapy, and to creating spaces where healing can happen through insight, connection, and trust. What continues to motivate me is seeing clients uncover strength, hope, or clarity they didn’t realize was there. I believe in therapy not just as a space to “fix” something, but as a way to reconnect with yourself and your agency in the world.
Hi there! I'm assuming you made it to my page because life has gotten particularly difficult and you're searching for some sort of direction or confirmation that "you are not crazy for feeling that way". We are not crazy for feeling - and therapy can help assist you in understanding why some emotions are more difficult to feel than others. Recovery is about learning tolerance; not forgetting and dismissing your experiences. I am experienced in working in both outpatient offices and inpatient hospital settings where I support clients in addressing issues stemming from generational trauma, relationships, grief and loss, life adjustments, substance use / other addictions, anxiety, and serious mental illness. I view therapy as a process that requires learning about vulnerability and accountability and then applying both for results.

Hello! I have always enjoyed helping others for as long as I can remember as early as age 9. I love to see their responses in the learning process. I have experienced trauma, witnessed violence, anxiety, have been in an unhealthy alcoholic relationship and have been a sensitive being my entire life not understanding why.
My saving Grace has always been movement. I loved the way it made me feel-free and calm, and movement has always been part of my life even during 4 pregnancies and keeping up with my 4 children, and now my grandchildren. Over time, I was introduced to mindfulness, stress reduction and relaxation (which I didn’t realized how much I needed) and Yoga. This allowed me to calm my mind and focus.
My career goal was Physical Education teaching and when I graduated (after have 4 children), teacher jobs were scarce. I was introduced to Behavioral Health and here I am now, 25 years later.

Hi! I'm Nikki, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Greater Pittsburgh Area that's been recognized as Marquis Who's Who Honoree Listee. I've been working in human services for 25 years starting with an Alzheimer's unit in a nursing home and intellectual disabilities in group homes to wraparound services with children that have Autism. I gained my education in psychology and counseling and began working with at risk youth in juvenile delinquency settings and now working with transition aged youth. I really enjoy helping young adults find themselves and their path in life with their personal life and professional endeavors. I've also grown with the BFRB community (body focused repetitive behavior) being recovered myself and providing outreach and advocacy. I have been featured on the Dr. Oz television show, spoken at the Pennsylvania Counseling Association, and written in the book Project Dermatillomania. My main approach is a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for general anxiety and depression and sometimes integrate expressive arts approaches for those that have difficulty expressing themselves. I specialize in OCD and am trained in Habit Reversal, ACT, COMB and ERP. I currently only offer online therapy and do not accept clients with severe mental illness, active suicidality or substance use.
On a personal note, I'm married with a daughter and we enjoy outdoor activities. My hobbies include crocheting and scrapbooking. I really believe in "You are the author of your own life story" and would like to hear your story as you're the expert! I teach by my own SELF approach: S for searching your soul and what works for you, E for changing your environment from a toxic one to a healthy one, L for surrounding yourself with those that love and support you and learning to love yourself, and F for forgiving yourself for relapses.
