New to Grow
I believe everyone is on their own unique path, and sometimes that path can feel stressful or overwhelming. My goal is to support your growth and empower you with the tools and confidence to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease. Building a genuine connection with clients is at the heart of my work. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space where you feel heard and understood. Therapy with me is a collaborative process, and I tailor my approach to your needs by drawing from person-centered and strengths-based approaches as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. I have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. No matter where you are in your journey, I will meet you there—and walk alongside you as you move toward healing and growth. LET’S EMBARK ON A PATH FORWARD - TOGETHER!
Clients can expect a warm and welcoming atmosphere where we begin to get to know each other and why they are seeking therapy. Our first session will include an initial evaluation and collaborative development of a treatment plan focused on the client's goals.
I am a very warm and empathetic therapist. I approach therapy as a two way conversation giving the client and therapist a space to explore goals and to initiate growth.
I am best positioned to serve clients who are both new to or returning to therapy. Therapy is not only for managing crises but also for managing day-to-day life and the challenges that it brings. My experience includes working with both young adult and adult populations with an emphasis on college-aged students and those working in the healthcare industry. Clients I have worked with have sought treatment for challenges related to: anxiety, depression, stress, self-image and self-worth, interpersonal relationships, life transitions, and work-life balance.
