I’m Jeff. I know that there are so many misguided beliefs about therapy that it can seem too overwhelming to give it a try. However, as your therapist, it’s my job to coach you through the discomfort and encourage you to make insights into lasting change. Therapy doesn’t have to be a complete upheaval process or drastic edit to your identity. I work with my clients by empowering them to hone in on their strengths and believe in their desired outcomes. With small, thoughtful reflections and inspired actions, we can improve your life exponentially.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we’ll discuss your background, goals, and presenting concerns. While we chat, we’ll establish a culture of how we’ll work together. My therapeutic approach is strengths-based, positivity-forward, and hopeful. At the end of our first meeting, I hope you feel a level of optimism to move forward in our work.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I’m a flexible provider. That is, I don’t utilize a strict curriculum for all my clients. Therapy should mold to fit you, you shouldn’t have to mold to fit the treatment. During sessions, I also like to draw from my lived experience to help clients. I find that using some of life’s lessons outside of the therapy room can be extremely beneficial in helping to relate and guide others in similar situations.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy helping clients who are ready to work, curious, and have a desire to learn. Although I see all types of clients, I have experience in helping adolescent and adult males establish and resolve identity issues, as well as treating clients with substance abuse and addiction concerns.
