Hey! My name is Beth. I am a licensed independent social worker who is passionate about helping people to learn skills to help them tackle all the hard things in life. I have been a therapist for over three years and have really enjoyed helping people to navigate anxiety, depression, and religious trauma. Life can be really difficult at times and bring lots of changes. I would love to partner with you to find some solutions to help you to manage those things in healthier ways.
I am Cerina N. Woodall, a Licensed Independent Social Worker with 11 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges, heal from past experiences, and discover their capacity for growth.
I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, valued, and empowered. Life presents us with obstacles, but no one should have to navigate those storms alone.
My therapeutic approach combines professional expertise, lived experience, cultural understanding, and evidence-based practices to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment. I specialize in helping clients address trauma, family conflict, low self-esteem, emotional distress, and difficult life transitions.
My goal is not simply to help you manage your symptoms but to help you better understand yourself, recognize patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and create a life that reflects your values and aspirations.I believe healing begins with understanding, growth begins with self-awareness, and meaningful change becomes possible when we recognize our own strength.
Hello, I'm Sherri.
Asking for help is never easy.
Maybe you don’t know if you can ask for help because how can you reach out to someone who might balk when you tell them you’re questioning your faith or just on a nontraditional spiritual path?
What if your job is not a “typical” job and your baseline stress levels could curl toes, forget anyone understanding when you are at your breaking point?
This is where I come in.
I’ve been passionate about helping people find peace amid stress and chaos for years. Whether you’re navigating the weight of trauma, the daily demands of service, or simply feeling disconnected from your inner light, my role is to walk alongside you with compassion and care. My promise is a safe space for letting your walls and burdens down. I provide ethical, nonjudgmental, approachable, quality mental health treatment without fear of discrimination or overwhelming the therapist with your reality.
Do you feel like you're running at full capacity with no room left to breathe? On the surface, you have it all together: the high-performing professional, the dependable parent, the supportive partner. Underneath, it's different. Anxiety that won't quiet. Depression creeping in. Burnout from roles that never let you clock out. Often it's all of them at once, tangled together until they blur.
I bring an engineer's mindset to therapy. My background in Mechanical Engineering shaped how I see problems, not as isolated issues but as complex systems needing recalibration. Most high-achievers I work with are tired of surface-level talk therapy; they want results. Together, we analyze what's actually breaking down, whether it's depression, anxiety, career burnout, or family dynamics. We build a concrete evidence-based plan using tools such as DBT and EMDR to process trauma and tackle performance issues. For over a decade, I've guided clients through major life transitions, for example career pivots, new parenthood, and loss, toward lives rooted in purpose and sustainable well-being.
I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Youngstown State University and began my career working in foster care as a case manager, where I developed a strong foundation in advocacy, family systems, and trauma-informed care. I later expanded my clinical work as a mental health therapist in a school setting and within a collaborative program serving children involved in foster care, supporting clients through complex emotional and environmental challenges.
I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and the Positive Parenting Program (Triple P). My clinical experience includes counseling children, adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, low self-esteem, anger management concerns, and relationship challenges.
In my practice, I utilize trauma-informed CBT, solution-focused therapy, strengths-based approaches, and motivational interviewing to support meaningful and lasting change. I believe healing occurs in a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment, where clients feel empowered, respected, and actively involved in their mental health journey.
Hello. I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in Ohio. I received my Masters from the University of Toledo and have been practicing for 14 years. I find that having clarity is vital to making changes in our lives. Why we do the things we do, often not even being aware of why we do them. Gaining insight into how our thoughts are impacting our behaviors is crucial to change. Changing the way we interact with others can greatly impact our daily functioning, reduce our stress, and improve our relationships with the people in our lives. Making these changes increases the potential for a more joyful life.
I have been helping individuals in various roles since 1995 and became a licensed counselor in 2004. Over time, I’ve learned that people often have more strength and insight than they realize. You already have what it takes to create meaningful change—I’m here to help you move forward.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Supervising Counselor in Ohio, as well as a National Certified Counselor (NCC), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, chronic illness, disabilities, caregivers, survivors of domestic violence, relationship concerns, and individuals in crisis. I believe that challenges can be worked through in ways that lead to growth and resilience.
I work with individuals, couples, and families to help create more fulfilling lives. My goal is to help you identify what you’d like to change—even if it’s just one small step, because even one change can make a meaningful difference.
My style is supportive, compassionate, and collaborative, while also offering honest, direct feedback when it’s helpful to move through obstacles and create progress.
In therapy with me, there’s no judgment, no fluff, and no “one-size-fits-all” solutions. We’ll start where you are whether that’s putting out fires in your daily life or addressing deeper wounds that keep pulling you back. I combine Brainspotting, practical tools, and direct conversation to help you manage today’s struggles while healing the past. My focus areas include anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and domestic violence. I also work with therapists, first responders, and others carrying the weight of the world.
My style is direct, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that healing is messy but possible. Together, we’ll create a space to explore your emotions, uncover patterns, and build strategies that work for you. It’s not about perfection it’s about progress and reclaiming your life on your terms.

My clients have laughed, cried, practiced new things, and worked very, very hard. The only thing I ask, as a therapist, is to have hope and do the work. Each client is a functioning part of a larger whole that wants to stay the same. I see no sense in blaming a person for situations they did not create; it's what each person does that counts.
Hi, I'm Christy. I have over 25 years of experience working in the mental health field. I am licensed in Indiana, Ohio, and Florida.
Are you dealing with anxiety, depression, aging, self-esteem, or relationship issues?
Feeling overwhelmed by the constant news cycle? Struggling with anxiety or frustration due to politics?
Let’s talk about strategies to navigate stressors, regain control of your mental health, and have emotional balance.
Seeking therapy can be scary, but you are making the first step to a healthier, more positive you. I will provide a safe space for you to heal and grow.
I accept Medicare in Indiana and Ohio, along with other insurances.
I am a licensed therapist with over two decades of experience supporting adults through life’s challenges. I like to think I offer a calm, compassionate space for clients navigating emotional distress, relationship concerns, and periods of transition. I value authenticity and believe therapy should feel both supportive and practical. I offer a calm, grounded presence, the ability to hold complexity without rushing, and a balance of honesty and warmth. My approach is strengths-based and focused on supporting clients’ resilience and sense of agency.
Hi, I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio. I've been providing outpatient therapy to clients all over Ohio for the past 12 years. I love meeting with people and finding out their personal goals and challenges and then creating a therapeutic approach that is unique to the individual and their needs. Creating a strong alliance with each and every client I see helps me to achieve this. This is what makes therapy successful!
While my work is grounded in clinical, evidence-based approaches, I also believe that healing is a deeply personal journey and that many people experience their healing through a spiritual lens.
For clients who are open to it, therapy can include exploration of spirituality, meaning, purpose, intuition, personal beliefs, and our relationship with something greater than ourselves. These conversations are never about imposing a particular religion or worldview. They are about making room for the parts of your experience that matter to you.
I see therapy as an opportunity not only to reduce distress, but to better understand yourself, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and create a life that feels authentic and meaningful. We may explore the relationship between your thoughts, emotions, nervous system, body, relationships, values, and spiritual life as interconnected pieces of your overall wellbeing.
Whether you're experiencing anxiety, trauma, burnout, life transitions, relationship difficulties, or simply a sense that something in your life no longer feels aligned, therapy can become a space for both healing and transformation

I want my clients to experience a safe, non-judgemental, peaceful place where clients can talk about their history, express their feelings and talk about their dreams and hopes for the future and discover what may be standing in the way to achieve those hopes and dreams.

The one question I get most often by clients and peers is: Why did you go into the counseling profession? My response is always the same. First, I have always had a desire to help people in a time of need or distress. I have felt this way as far back as high school. Secondly, I went through a debilitating anxiety disorder in my mid-twenties. I know first-hand the helplessness and desperation mental and emotional pain causes. I never condone a therapist sharing with a client, they know how the client feels unless they themselves have experienced a similar type of pain. Lastly, I believe in the power of counseling and the benefits it can offer. Counseling is very different from medicine. Counseling requires the client to be actively involved in the process of healing and growth rather than taking medication and waiting for it to work. Counseling empowers a client to by allowing them to see their progress towards the life they desire on a daily, weekly, and even monthly basis.

I am licensed independent social worker in the state of Ohio with a supervisory designation (LISW-S). I began working with the severe and mentally ill population within a homeless shelter at age 21. I discovered a love for helping and decided to pursue a career as a clinical psychotherapist. I obtained a degree from the University of Toledo with Master of Social Work, specializing in clinical mental health and a minor in psychology. Throughout the years I have gained experience working in a variety of setting addressing mental health.
Rather you are struggling with a new mental health concerns or its been a life long struggle; I will ensure there is a safe space to discuss any problems in a judgement free zone. I will utilize a variety of approaches to empower you with tools needed to take significant life steps, to reach a goal you desire.
I am a compassionate and client-centered mental health therapist dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions, providing a supportive space where healing and growth can take place.
My approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Family Therapy, and faith based therapy (when desired). I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, practical, and grounded in trust. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns, strengthen coping skills, and align your actions with your values and goals.
I am committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Whether you are seeking support for a specific concern or pursuing deeper personal growth, I am here to walk alongside you in the process.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and you may be wondering what our work together would actually look like. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where you can better understand yourself, build practical skills, and work toward a life that feels more manageable and meaningful.
I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as a primary approach. DBT is a skills-based, evidence-informed therapy that can help with managing intense emotions, navigating relationships, tolerating difficult situations, and responding to yourself and others with greater awareness and effectiveness.
Depending on your goals, we may focus on any or all of the following:
• Managing strong or overwhelming emotions
• Building healthier relationships and boundaries
• Increasing mindfulness and self-awareness
• Tolerating distress without making situations worse
• Strengthening self-compassion
• Building a life aligned with your values
Therapy works best when we approach it as a team. I’ll bring clinical knowledge, structure, support, and honest feedback; you bring your experiences, goals, questions, and willingness to practice new approaches. You can expect me to encourage and challenge you, when appropriate, and help you make sense of what you are experiencing. There may be times when therapy feels rough, particularly when we are looking at patterns you have used for a long time. We'll work through those moments together rather than expecting you to navigate them alone.
You will also have opportunities to practice skills between sessions. The goal isn't just talking about what is happening in your life—it's to help you develop tools you can use in your life.
The hope is over time, you leave therapy with a greater understanding of yourself, confidence in your ability to handle difficulties, and a sense that you can build a life worth living.

This has been true for me having experienced mental illness within my family growing up and therefore I feel confident that I can help you with your unique self and life.
