New to Grow

I’m a therapist who believes therapy should feel grounded, human, and attuned to your real-life experiences. I work from a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach that honors emotional capacity, identity, and life transitions. I specialize in depression, anxiety disorders, and perinatal mental health, supporting clients through periods of change, uncertainty, and growth. My style is collaborative and thoughtful, creating space to slow down, build insight, and develop tools that feel sustainable and supportive—not forced or performative.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know what’s bringing you to therapy and what support might feel most helpful right now. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable and respectful of your emotional capacity. We’ll talk through your goals, ask questions, and begin identifying next steps together, so you leave with a clearer sense of direction and what therapy with me can look like.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is thoughtful, supportive, and centered on real-life application. I help clients develop routines and coping strategies that fit into their daily lives, while increasing awareness of emotional and physical responses to stress. I prioritize a non-judgmental, collaborative space where clients can explore challenges openly and move toward change in a way that feels steady and attainable.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I may be a good fit if you’re experiencing experiencing emotional overwhelm or burnout and want support that feels grounded and thoughtful. You might be navigating a life transition, adjusting to pregnancy or postpartum, or working to better understand your patterns while building coping tools and self-care practices that support your mental health beyond sessions. If you value a collaborative approach and therapy paced to your capacity, we’ll likely work well together.
