Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I look forward to meeting with you. I always start with an introductory session where you have the opportunity to share what you hope to achieve in therapy. We can work together to establish goals and discuss outcomes in a non-judgmental environment. Your choice should reflect your hopes and not your fears

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe that prioritizing mental health is crucial to improving your quality of life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts of this journey, so CONGRATULATIONS on taking this first step.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

As a Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor (LISW-S) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC), my practice is devoted to women who are struggling with depression, domestic violence, anxiety and/or substance use disorders. During our initial session, we will explore your concerns and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you feel more in control.
