Hi there! As a mom and someone who has personally healed through Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), somatic, and attachment-based work, I understand how past experiences can show up in relationships and parenting. I work with adults and parents who want to heal from complex trauma and attachment wounds—especially when the past keeps showing up in your relationships, parenting, or everyday life. If you’ve tried therapy before and are ready for deeper work, I can help you move past patterns that logic alone hasn’t solved. Together, we’ll use inner child work, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed approaches to help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in yourself and your relationships.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward, you’re not alone. Maybe you’ve been carrying things for a long time, such as stress, anxiety, self-doubt, or the weight of expectations, and it’s starting to feel like too much. You might know something needs to change, but figuring out where to start can feel daunting.
I’m a compassionate and caring advocate who meets you exactly where you are, without judgment, without pressure. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re experiencing and begin to untangle what’s been holding you back. I’ll walk alongside you as we navigate the complexities of your world, at a pace that feels right for you.
While I offer a safe and supportive space, I also gently challenge you when you’re ready, because real growth often comes from stepping into discomfort. You don’t have to have it all figured out, and you don’t have to do this alone.
If you’re ready to feel more grounded, more aligned, and more like yourself again, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
I’m a clinical psychologist based in Ohio who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, identity concerns, and the pressure to “have it all together.” I take a genuinely collaborative approach to therapy and put a lot of care into building a strong, trusting relationship where you don’t have to censor yourself.
My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which means we’ll focus less on “fixing” or fighting your feelings and more on getting clear about your values and building a life that feels meaningful to you. Instead of trying to shut emotions down, I help clients learn how to make space for feelings, respond with compassion, and use practical coping skills to stay present and move toward what matters most.
I’ve spent much of my career working with college and graduate students, so I’m familiar with the unique stressors of academic life, emerging adulthood, and major life transitions. I approach therapy through a lens of cultural humility, actively honoring how your race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, neurodivergence, religion or spirituality, class background, and other identities shape your experiences. I work to create a space where your culture and identities are not just “respected,” but meaningfully integrated into our work together, and where your values and lived experience guide our goals and the way we move through therapy.
As a Certified Geek Therapist, I enjoy working with clients whose “geeky” interests—like video games, anime, superheroes, board games, and TTRPGs—are a meaningful part of their lives. Together, we can use your fandoms and favorite stories as tools for insight, coping, and growth, treating them as strengths rather than quirks you have to hide in therapy.
I have worked for several years to support clients in different phases of life from adolescence, high school, emergency psychiatric admission as well as outpatient services. I often work with clients who have a history of complex trauma and/or loss. I know firsthand that the dark days can feel unbearable, but there are better days ahead. I like to say that I can take clients from "surviving" to "thriving".

Hi, I’m Ashley therapist, animal lover, creative soul, and lifelong daydreamer. I bring a warm and down-to-earth approach to my work, and I believe that connection, curiosity, and authenticity are at the heart of healing.
When I’m not in session, you can usually find me lost in a good book especially fantasy, romantasy, or dark romance (I’m a proud BookTok girly). Some of my favorite reads have come straight from client recommendations. I always love hearing what’s on your bookshelf.
I’m also a big fan of all things crafty. Paper crafting is my go-to especially junk journals and mini albums but I’ve dabbled in wreaths, t-shirts, and tumblers. My creativity also spills into my love of music, which spans from Sleep Token to George Strait to Eminem. I’m always up for discovering new bands or catching a local show.
On slower days, I love wandering through antique stores and thrift shops. Most of my home is decorated with pieces that have a story either found secondhand or passed down through family. I find comfort in giving old things new life.
Animals have always been a grounding force in my world. I’ve been riding horses since I was four, and my heart horse, Kirby, is my trail buddy and snack-sharing best friend (she’s a big fan of applesauce and cupcakes). My two dogs, Oliver and Dottie, are certified therapy dogs who’ve joined me in visits to hospices, hospitals, nursing homes, and children’s reading programs. Together, Kirby, Oliver, and Dottie inspired the name Free to Wander Counseling, a reflection of my belief that healing often begins when we allow ourselves to explore, play, and connect in gentle, open-hearted ways.
Wherever you are on your journey, you are welcome here just as you are.

Hi, I’m Chelsea. I’m a licensed therapist with over 7 years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress, and everyday feelings. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in person-centered care, I believe therapy works best when you feel truly heard, understood, and supported.
I integrate practical tools with compassionate conversation, helping clients better understand themselves while building skills that create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are and feel safe exploring what you need.
My practice was born from the understanding that people who struggle often have filled their day to day lives with survival mechanisms: habits, actions, and thoughts that may have helped in the moment but become burdensome over time. The lasting effects of trauma can create an overwhelming sense of self-blame, leaving individuals questioning, "Am I the problem?" or "Did I do something wrong?"
My practice exists to help individuals build a healthier "life worth living". Where pain, fear, sadness, anger, and memories can be honored rather than suppressed. It is a place where healthier coping skills are developed, empowering clients to create lives filled with resilience and meaning.
I am a licensed clinical social worker who has six years of experience and graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a dual degree in Social Work and Nonprofit Organizational Management. Outside of work I love to travel, cook, and craft.

My perspective as an older adult allows me to connect with clients from all walks of life with authenticity, patience, and empathy.
Over the years, I’ve learned that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s a personal journey. I draw on my own lived experiences, professional training, and genuine curiosity about people to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel truly seen and heard. Whether someone is facing anxiety, addiction, grief, or life transitions, I help them discover their inner strengths and move toward a more grounded, fulfilling life.
My goal is to empower clients to recognize that it’s never too late to grow, to heal, and to live with greater self-acceptance and purpose.
