Hello, I'm Ryan Lentz Sr. I have 26 years working in Mental Health. The past 13 years I have been working as a psychotherapist. I have experience working with with a wide range of clients with depression, anxiety disorders, PSTD, Bi-Polar, grief and the grieving process and relationship issues as well as children and family issues.
First sessions are generally an assessment where I ask many questions and very likely give a diagnosis.
I have a great deal of empathy. I have a great deal of experience working with a variety of clients.
My ideal client is able to articulate their symptoms and is willing to address their issues. Openness and honesty is also very helpful. I have experience and training in working with client who have experienced trauma. Somatic techniques, exercise, along with honest dialogue, a focus on that which is in our control and a positive attitude can go a long way.
