I'm Brad Justice, a independently licensed therapist with over a decade of experience working with adults. My style is direct and practical. I won't just nod and reflect your words back at you. We'll dig into what's actually driving the patterns, figure out what needs to change, and build real tools you can use outside of our sessions. I specialize in anxiety, burnout, and the kind of exhaustion that doesn't show up on the outside. I also have deep professional experience with grief, caregiver burnout, and life transitions tied to aging, whether you're navigating your own or carrying someone else's. I'm a proud affirming provider for LGBTQIA+ clients and bring both clinical training and genuine investment to that work. Therapy with me isn't about venting indefinitely. It's about understanding yourself clearly enough to move differently. If you're ready for honest, focused work and done with just managing rather than actually living, let's talk.
Our first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. I want you to feel comfortable, and while we're talking I'm already listening for patterns, context, and what's really underneath what brought you here. You'll leave with a clearer sense of what we're working with and where we can go together. Depending on what comes up, I may give you something small to try before our next session so we can start figuring out what actually works for you.
I focus on what you haven't said yet- identifying the patterns, beliefs, and blind spots that are driving your experience. Let's open things up versus shutting down. Most of my clients find that Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) resonate strongly with their experience, supported by foundational approaches like CBT and DBT as the work requires.

I identify as
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I have experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which focuses on building practical skills to manage intense emotions, tolerate stress, and communicate more effectively in relationships. This approach balances acceptance with change, helping you validate your experience while shifting patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
My background includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, an approach that helps you relate differently to difficult thoughts and feelings while focusing on what truly matters to you. The work centers on building flexibility and taking meaningful steps toward the life you want.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I am well versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which explores how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify unhelpful thinking patterns and develop more balanced responses to improve mood and daily functioning.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
I draw from Internal Family Systems, a model that helps you understand the different “parts” within you, such as the inner critic or anxious part. The goal is to approach these parts with curiosity and compassion, creating greater internal balance and clarity.

I was nervous at first because it has been a while since I had a therapy session. Bradley was very calm and helped get through the nervous bit. Asked good questions that made me think.

It feels a little weird reducing his skill, education, and instinct to a Yelp review, but OK. Brad's approach is very much what I am looking for. He is direct. He is perceptive. He is a polished professional. I believe his insight will lead to a productive relationship.
