I am licensed in Ohio and I have been a Therapist for over 10 years. I have been doing teletherapy for quite awhile now and I much prefer it to in-office settings. I am a mother to 3 wild kiddos, I live in the country and I [try to] make friends with feral cats. I am very chatty, I enjoy getting to know the people that I am working with. I have a lot of experience in several areas: domestic violence, narcissism, autism, intellectual disabilities, adhd, depression, pregnancy loss, anxiety, parenting issues, life changes, bullying, etc. I like a natural conversation style in sessions so it is as comfortable as possible! FYI: I'm not currently accepting couples and I don't write recommendation letters for ESA/service animals due to the potential liability.

I have worked in the mental health field for 20 years and 10 years as a therapist. During the past 20 years, I have experience in different settings and populations. I have training to utilize EMDR therapy, but I also use other treatment methods. I believe in a client centered approach to help you meet your goals. I typically work with ages 13 through adulthood on an individual basis.

I have served this population for over 18 years, including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and addiction issues. I graduated with my MSW in 2003 and became an LCSW in 2021. I am also a Doctor of Social Work and Qualified Supervisor. My specialty is working with youth and young adults; however, I have experience in various mental health issues for all ages. I have experience with CBT & grounding for trauma. I am proficient in knowing all therapeutic approaches depending on the nature of the concern.
